We are a part of the Lincoln Property Company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The combined company has over 5,000 employees and manages over 50,000,000 square feet for some of the largest corporations in the USA. Discovery Survey Design and Development Design Review Final Concept Revisions & Delivery Our process begins with a Discovery Phase; we learn about our client s goals for customer engagement. We work to understand how a client wants their associates interacting with not only their customers, but with new technologies incorporated into the space. The Survey Phase reviews and confirms existing conditions at site location. During the Design and Development Phase, we will provide a space planning strategy to meet those expectations revealed during the Discovery Phase. Through concept renderings, we can bring the design and finishes to life. Once finishes are selected and the design is approved, NCBS begins the Construction Phase. Here we take the design from concept to reality. Upon satisfactory completion, the new site is turned over to our client for loading and opening.
