Please note that additional free promotion is not guaranteed and at the discretion of the Editing Manager. Editorial Inclusions will be arranged on a rotation system. All of the above advertising package rates do not include artwork. Advertising Copy Instructions Each advertisement will be of standard typeface. No logos or graphics are permitted except for QR codes in ads of half page or greater. QR codes to be supplied in PDF format. All advertisements will include the advertisers business name, telephone, address and web site plus Facebook reference if applicable, which is included in the word count for each advertisement. Refer to the rate card for the number of photographs and amount of text required for each size of advert. Photographs used in advertisements must be of high resolution and minimum of 1MB HTSC are able to arrange use of generic photographs where required or recommend a professional photographer, if needed. NB: the Editor reserves the right to edit copy to ensure continuity throughout the publication. Ad copy and photographs are to be ed to weddings@hinterlandtourism.com.au prior to deadline.
