2 DINNER MEETING SPONSORSHIPS $3,000 - $4,000 The association calls members together for the purpose of providing information regarding association business, networking and education/professional development. These dinners, attract between individual member representatives and as many as 700 for the January Economic Forecast Dinner. The audience is typically industry leaders, corporate decision makers, advisors and sales and marketing personnel. These exclusive sponsorships are presently valued at $3000 for most months and $4000 for the January Dinner Meeting. Pre-Event: Logo inclusion on information/registration page on the association website from time of signing to event completion. Corporate mention in pertinent social media post(s) before and after the event Corporate mention accompanied by logo in e-newsletter prior to the event Mention in an event web story/blog prior to the event Tickets & Seating: Reserved table of 8 for attendees and guests of sponsors as well as a place at the head Presenting to the Membership: Sponsors are provided with a 3 minute opportunity to promote their company to those in attendance at the event. Your presentation from the podium can include audio visual elements, such as PowerPoint/PDF slide presentation or Video provided in a MS Windows compatible format. We would ask for any A/V presentation components at least 24 hours in advance so we have an opportunity to upload and fully test compatibility.* Promotional Display: Should you have any collateral material such as brochures or pamphlets your team would like to place at tables, they can be placed upon chairs or four on each table top. Should you have any free standing banners you would like to see displayed, we can accommodate their projected on most frames of the association s dinner meeting PowerPoint. The sponsor s keynote presenter will also be acknowledged at the event commencement and will receive another introduction for your 3 minute presentation. *Unpredictable limitations may exist for video playback due to technical limitations of audio/visual or playback equipment.

3 LUNCHEON SPONSORSHIPS $2,000 - $3000 In addition to dinner meetings, your association hosts member luncheons which also feature quality These luncheons attract an average of 150 members. 4 BUILDER BREAKFAST SPONSORSHIPS - $1,000 Does your company have a message that you want to bring to the attention of our Builders, Developers and Renovator Members? If so, sponsoring an upcoming Builder Breakfast may be your solution. Last year our Builder Breakfasts resulted in an average attendance of ; and of those in attendance 60-70% were Builders, Developers and Renovators.
