Kingspan PaDuct Hydro Pane was deveoped out of the concern for the increasing Ozone Depetion and Goba Warming. The Kingspan PaDuct Hydro system uses panes which comprise a poyisocyanurate (PIR) insuation core, that is manufactured with a CFC/HCFC free bowing agent. The bowing agent used has zero Ozone Depetion Potentia (ODP) and ow Goba Warming Potentia (GWP). The HVAC industry has become to be increasingy concerned with the quaity of air that is distributed through the ductwork in a buiding. Hygienic coatings for HVAC ductwork have been designed for use in ocations such as food preparation areas, cinics, schoos and hospitas, where it is important to imit the growth of bacteria. Moreover, this may be especiay important in high humidity areas where bacteria can mutipy rapidy. Description The Kingspan PaDuct Eco System uses Panes and components, which are coated in an innovative antimicrobia technoogy that resists against moud, midew, bacteria, fungi and agae. Kingspan PaDuct Eco Pane comprises a fibre free rigid thermoset poyisocyanurate (PIR) or poyurethane (PUR) insuation core, faced on one side with an embossed auminium foi and the other with a smooth auminium foi. Both facings are antimicrobia coated with siver ion technoogy. The panes can be joined together with antimicrobia coated, green cooured auminium and poymer profies and adhesive materias to create a pre insuated HVAC ductwork system that can resist the spread of bacteria.
