A total no. of 150 foundry units is proposed in the foundry park with individual stack. In foundry unit, flue gas will be allowed to pass through the dedusting system followed by venture scrubber before letting out to the atmosphere through stacks. In case of pig iron plant, the flue gas will be allowed to pass through the dedusting system followed by bagfilters to achieve the limit. Emission may be due to material handling including storage or transport. 5.3 Emissions from materials handling including storage or transport Water sprinkling system will be regularly operated at all open premises within the plant area as per requirement for fugitive dust emission control. Emission due to material handling including storage or transport will contribute to the Ambient air Quality. Separate storage areas will be envisaged for raw materials. 5.4 Emissions from construction activities including plant and equipment There will be generation of dust during Construction activity from equipment and vehicles.
