The rights granted by this permissin are subject t all subsisting grants t r rights f any persn made r acquired under the Cal Act, Frest Act, Land Act, Mineral Tenure Act, Petrleum and Natural Gas Act, Range Act, Water Act r Wildlife Act, r any extensin r renewal f the same. 5. Fllwing initial cnstructin, stream crssings are authrized fr necessary rad mdificatin r maintenance activities n the perating area except fr a. cnstructin r replacement f a bridge r majr culvert n a S1, S2, S3 r S5 stream; b. installatin f a clsed bttm structure in a fish bearing stream; r c. excavatin r grading f a stream bank r stream bed. 10. Stream crssings must be cnstructed, maintained and deactivated accrding t the fllwing requirements, as applicable: a. nly bridges, culverts, ice bridges r snw fills may be cnstructed at stream crssings; b. snw fills must cnsist f clean snw and may nly be lcated n streams that are dry r frzen t the bttm during the perid f cnstructin, maintenance and use. Where peridic thaws are anticipated, culverts must be installed t allw meltwater t pass thrugh.
