1 Supplier Scial Accuntability Standards Intrductin Ranir is cmmitted t d what is right and hld urselves t the highest ethical standards. We lead by example and take respnsibility fr ur actins while being transparent with ur intentins. Our principles f respect fr the individual and crprate integrity have always been cre fundatins f ur business. These fundatinal principles apply t all aspects f Ranir s business, including its emplyees and Suppliers. These principles, when applied t the supply chain, mean Ranir and its Suppliers must perate in a scially and envirnmentally respnsible manner everywhere we d business. Ranir s Suppliers are vital partners t the success f ur business. As partners, Ranir believes that all f its Suppliers shuld hld themselves t the same high standard fr scial and envirnmental respnsibility. We use this Supplier Scial Accuntability Standards (Standards) in selecting ur suppliers and expect cmpliance by ur Suppliers. As a Supplier that supplies Ranir prduct, it is yur respnsibility t cmply with all applicable laws and ur Standards. These Standards are Ranir s minimum expectatins n Suppliers and their factries fr the ethical treatment f wrkers, wrkplace safety, envirnmental respnsibility, and apprpriate business practices. These Standards parallel the audit standards Ranir uses t measure hw well Suppliers are meeting the requirements. If a Supplier fails t meet the Standards, it must take prmpt crrective actins t imprve its perfrmance r it will nt be permitted t supply prducts t Ranir. By implementing standards in the jurisdictins where ur Suppliers factries prduce prducts, we are creating a far-reaching strng supply chain standards that are achievable and sustainable. These Standards must be visibly psted in English and in the shared language f wrkers in a cmmn area at all facilities that manufacture prducts fr Ranir and its affiliates. 2 1. Cmpliance with laws 1.1 Suppliers and their designated manufacturing facilities (Suppliers) must fully cmply with all applicable natinal and lcal laws, including but nt limited t thse laws and regulatins related t wrk hurs, wages, labr relatins, immigratin and freign labr, health, safety, and the envirnment. Whenever there is a difference between the terms f applicable laws, regulatins, and standards, Supplier is expected t adhere t the mst stringent applicable requirement. 2. All vluntary labr 2.1 All wrkers must be wrking n a vluntary basis and receive cmpensatin in accrdance with lcal law, in the frm f cash r equivalent. 2.2 Wrkers must be able t enter and end their emplyment freely. Wrkers shuld nt be required t pay a depsit r fee t begin, cntinue, r terminate emplyment. 2.3 Slave, frced, bnded, r indentured labr will NOT be tlerated. Wrkers MUST NOT be frced t wrk r be bund t emplyment in rder t fulfill a debt t a factry r a third-party. 2.4 N prisners wrk in the factry. N prductin is subcntracted t prisn labrers. 3. N underage labr 3.1 Suppliers must implement hiring practices that accurately verify wrkers age and legal right t wrk in the cuntry prir t emplyment. 3.2 All wrkers must meet the minimum age requirement at the time f hire accrding t lcal law. 3.3 Suppliers MUST NOT emply any wrker under the age 15 years regardless f any lcal laws allwing yunger emplyment. 3.4 Supplier must establish and enfrce a human resurces system t prevent underage labr, which must include verifying prf f age and identity fr each applicant prir t hiring. 3.5 Supplier must keep rganized persnnel recrds with prf f identify and age fr all wrkers. Each wrker must have a persnal recrd created at time f hire, cntaining emplyment date / mnth / year, and prf f age at the time f hire. 4. Reasnable wrking hurs 4.1 Suppliers shuld maintain a wrk schedule that cmplies with all lcal laws and Ranir s Standards regarding labr hurs, including limits n hurs wrked: Ttal wrking hurs per week may nt exceed 60 hurs per week, cnsisting f a maximum f 48 regular hurs and 12 hurs f vertime. Maximum hurs cannt be exceeded, even if allwed by lcal law. Overtime wrk shuld be vluntary. N wrkers shuld wrk cnsecutively exceeding 6 days. Supplier shuld limit the practice f wrkers vluntarily wrking n their rest days.

3 Suppliers must prvide wrkers with hlidays in cmpliance with applicable laws regarding wrker leave. 4.2 Suppliers must ensure that all time wrked, including time wrked by thse wrkers n a per-piece payment scheme, is fully dcumented by an accurate and reliable recrding system fr bth regular hurs and vertime wrked by each wrker. 5. Fair wages 5.1 Suppliers must cmpensate wrkers fr all hurs wrked at r abve the pay rates stated by lcal law: Wrker wage fr regular hurs wrked, vertime, and hlidays must meet r exceed the minimum wage required by lcal law. If there is n lcal law regarding vertime r hliday cmpensatin, wrkers must be cmpensated at a higher rate than fr regular hurs. Piece-rate wages must meet r exceed the equivalent hurly minimum wage. If the wages f wrkers calculated by piece-rate fall belw the applicable legal wage rates (minimum, vertime, hliday, etc.) then the Supplier must calculate the difference between the piece-rate wage and the crrect legal wage and pay the difference t the wrkers in rder t meet the legal minimum rates. 5.2 Supplier shuld pay earned wages n later than 30 days frm beginning f the wage perid. Supplier shuld dcument the timely distributin f wages. 5.3 N deductins shuld be made frm wages unless they are mandatry under lcal law r vluntary, reasnable, and clearly understd by wrkers. 5.4 Ensure wrkers fully understand their wage structure and can verify the accuracy f payments they receive. 6. Individual dignity and respect 6.1 Wrker shuld be treated with dignity and respect fr the individual. Supplier shall nt tlerate the abuse f wrkers by any persn. 6.2 Supplier management des nt cndne, create r cntribute t an intimidating, hstile, r ffensive wrk envirnment. Suppliers must ensure that wrkers are nt subject t crprate punishment, verbally r physically harassed, r mentally abused Factry rules shuld prvide infrmatin abut disciplinary practices in the wrkplace and be cnsistent with lcal laws Factry rules may nt include fines r fees fr the fllwing, r similar: Damaged gds Drinking water Minr disciplinary infractins such as smking r tardiness

4 Freedm f mvement vilatin (fr example: limitatin n bathrm privileges) All wrkers, including management, shuld receive educatin n the factry disciplinary plicies 6.3 N discriminatin. Hire, cmpensate, prmte, discipline, and terminate wrkers shuld be based n qualificatins, abilities, and perfrmance regardless f race, gender, persnal characteristics r beliefs. D nt use pregnancy testing as a cnditin f emplyment r t terminate. 7. Safe and healthy wrkplace 7.1 Suppliers must be in cmpliance with all lcal health and safety laws and regulatins regarding the wrkplace 7.2 Suppliers must prvide wrkers with a safe and healthy wrk envirnment. Suppliers must take practive measures t prevent r manage wrkplace hazards. Health and safety standards apply t all facilities, including factries, drmitries, and canteens Supplier shuld prvide clean, sanitary, and neat wrk and living areas Suppliers must ensure All wrkers are prepared fr an emergency and educated n hw t prevent health and safety issues Basic first aid supplies are available at all times Factry is well-lit day-t-day and during an emergency All machines are perated safely Electrical systems are prperly cnfigured and prtected with the apprpriate safety equipment Minimize the risk f hazardus materials thrugh apprpriate chemical safety measures Their facilities maintain a valid fire license r permit as required by law Their facilities btain valid cnstructin apprvals as required by law Facilities have at least the minimum number f emergency exits per ccupied flr accrding t lcal law All emergency exit drs must be maintained in an unlcked, accessible, and usable cnditin, readily pen frm the ccupied side and swing in the directin f emergency travel. Drs cannt require special keys r knwledge t pen. Travel distance t an exit frm any pint in the building shall cmply with lcal laws All wrkers have easy access t unbstructed emergency exits Facilities must establish an adequate evacuatin plan. Cnduct and dcument evacuatin drills accrding t lcal law All facilities cnduct and dcument fire safety inspectins accrding t lcal law

5 All wrkers have access t functinal fire safety equipment Facilities have designated emergency respnse persnnel identified, trained, and present fr each flr, building and shift 8. Envirnmentally respnsible 8.1 Suppliers shuld ensure that every manufacturing facility cmplies with envirnmental laws, including all laws related t waste dispsal, air emissins, discharges, txic substances and hazardus waste dispsal Suppliers must handle, stre, transprt, dispse materials in a safe and apprpriate manner t cntrl risks f accident Suppliers must btain and maintain apprpriate permits fr nsite waste strage and dispsal, wastewater and any effluents discharge, air emissins, as required by law Suppliers must segregate hazardus and nn-hazardus waste Suppliers shall nt cnduct pen burns f waste r dispse f waste by burial n-site. Hazardus waste fr ffsite treatment and dispsal must be nly delivered t licensed cntractrs r therwise permitted by the apprpriate authrity Wrkers shuld be prvided apprpriate waste management training 8.2 All suppliers must manage the prcurement, handling, strage, and use f hazardus materials in facilities and prductin prcesses: Only authrized persnnel may handle chemicals Training is required n the dispsal and spills f hazardus chemicals, including practice drills t simulate pllutin incidents, fr all relevant persnnel Dcument inventry f all hazardus materials with valid MSDS s and hazardus waste Chemical strage areas must be prperly cvered and ventilated t prevent chemical build-up and weather-related risks Chemicals must be stred in cntainers made f materials rated fr the types f chemical they cntain. Chemical strage cntainers must nt be leaking. Liquid hazardus materials must be stred in acceptable secndary cntainers All incmpatible materials must be separated t avid chemical interactin 8.2 All supplier facilities must meet the applicable legal requirements fr energy use and greenhuse gas emissins. 9. Anti-crruptin cmpliance 9.1 Suppliers must cmply with the United States Freign Crrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the United Kingdm Bribery Statute at all times as well as all anti-crruptin laws and statutes in cuntries in which

6 they perate. 9.2 Suppliers r thse acting n behalf f Suppliers must nt ffer anything f value t Ranir team members r thse acting n behalf f Ranir r the custmer in an attempt t influence audit results r any ther business decisin. 9.3 Suppliers must nt enter int transactins with Ranir emplyees that culd create the appearance f a cnflict f interest. A cnflict f interest exists when persnal interests interfere r appear t interfere with business interests. 10. Financial integrity 10.1 Suppliers must keep accurate recrds f all matters related t their business with Ranir in accrdance with standard accunting practices, such as Generally Accepted Accunting Principles (GAAP) r Internatinal Financial Reprting Standards (IFRS).
