1 Greenville Society for Human Resource Management Sponsorship Levels Platinum Social Sponsor $1000 Gold Social Sponsor $500 PR / Media Sponsor $500 and up The Greenville Society for Human Resource Management (GSHRM) was founded in 1947 as an organization of Human Resource professionals from the greater Greenville, South Carolina area. Since its start, GSHRM has played a key role in helping Human Resource professionals increase their knowledge and skills in the Human Resource arena. Our members roles range from Human Resource Assistant to Vice President of Human Resources. Members are constantly networking to gain additional skills and knowledge. Today the chapter is the largest and one of the most active in the state with over 350 members. By sponsoring a GSHRM award or event, you have the unique opportunity to target market HR professionals in your service area. Your customized message will reach a specific audience, and sponsorship levels are designed to help you maximize both your sponsor dollars and your exposure to our membership. 2 Platinum Sponsor $1,000 One Platinum Social Sponsor per monthly meeting. Recognition on our Home Page Because we value your sponsorship, we want to make certain that our members know you support our efforts. As a Platinum Sponsor, your company name, logo, and website link will appear prominently on the website meeting information page. Recognition in Newsletter GSHRM publishes an electronic newsletter twice each month. As a way to show our appreciation for your support, your company name, logo, and website link will be prominently included in two newsletters leading up to the sponsored meeting. The advertising space provided will put your message in front of every member of GSHRM, including members who are unable to attend the meeting. The newsletter section of our website is updated twice per month, so your message will reach our members each time they view the newsletter online during that period. In addition, we ve added a list of past sponsors to our website; even after your sponsoring month has passed, you ll still receive recognition. Recognition on the Reminder GSHRM s a reminder prior to our monthly meetings. When you support at the Platinum level, your company name, logo and web link will appear on the along with the words Sponsored By. Again, this puts your logo in front of every GSHRM member and increases your visibility. Meeting Attendance As a Platinum Sponsor, you are our honored guest. You and three guests from your company will be invited to attend and network during our social hour and general session. During the meeting, you will again have the opportunity to be in front of our GSHRM members by: 1. Delivering a brief speech (no longer than 5 minutes) detailing your company. 2. Setting up a table to display materials and promote your company. 3. Distributing information about your company (either in person or at place setting/chair). 4. Placement of one slide within our rotating pre-meeting slide show. 5. Dining with us. We invite you and three guests to join us for social time and dinner. Use this time to discuss your business with members as you network! 6. Offering a Door Prize and keeping all business cards submitted for drawing.

4 PR / Media Sponsor $500 and up PR / Media Sponsors will work collaboratively with GSHRM s PR Committee Director to: Fund an advertisement in an agreed-upon media outlet, at $500 minimum ad size up to Media Sponsor s desired ad size. Collaborate with PR Committee Director on ad content to include GSHRM s logo and Media Sponsor s logo. Advertisement may recognize GSHRM award recipients, help promote a GSHRM event or conference, or other purpose as agreed upon by the Media Sponsor and PR Committee Director. PR / Media Sponsors will receive: Recognition on our Home Page. Because we value your sponsorship, we want to make certain that our members know you support our efforts. As a PR / Media Sponsor, your company name with website link will appear prominently on the website meeting information page.
