1 The original touch screen visitor management system The Entry Sign system has been installed and it all went really well. Can I take this opportunity to say how wonderful the engineers were. They were very pleasant, explained things fully and did a good installation. In my previous I said the office staff were a bit anxious of the change and they have all came on board and said how fantastic it is. It ticks off a lot of boxes for us. The whole process has gone really well and can I just say thank you for your support and bearing with me, with the changes I ve made throughout. This can be used to display safeguarding information, health and safety rules, evaluation procedures and any other useful information that you would like your visitors to see. You can display multiple pages each with text and graphics and different policies can be displayed for different types of visitors (e.g visitors, contractors etc.) Optional photo & signature capture with photo ID pass printing. Staff sign in/out plus optional contactless ID card bolt on. Lunch choice options for pupils signing in late. Event management allows you to create events for visitors to sign-in to with the option to use QR codes. The EntrySign staff ID card bolton makes signing in and out effortless for your staff. 5 Active Directory Integration Populate staff and pupils/students from your Active Directory domain. Simplifies and automates the administration of your system. Paxton Integration EntrySign users can be pushed into a Paxton Net2 door access system to simplify administration. Receptionist and other staff can open a Paxton controlled door directly from a button on the toolbar within the back office suite no need for staff to press a separate push button behind the reception area in order to open the door for visitors. The first thing visitors will see when they arrive in your reception area is the screen of your visitor management system. It is important therefore that this also has the same logo and colour scheme of your school and complements other visual material such as your website and school prospectus etc. EntrySign is unique in that the front screen can be fully themed by our in house designers to ensure a high quality and consistent image.
