8 Product Overview: Scheduling Schedule The Route Scheduling screen will be displayed. Assign Orders Right click on an unassigned order marker (yellow push pin). Select Assign from the menu to add the order to the route. Assign order as required until your trip is complete. The orders will populate on the left side of the screen in the list grid.
9 Product Overview: Dispatch Change the Depot Departure Time as needed. Change the Service Time, per row, as needed. Click the Up or Down button to move the selected stop to the desired sequence in the list. Recalculate Schedule.

11 Product Overview: Mobile Start Pre-Trip button to launch the Pre- Trip Vehicle Inspection process.
12 Product Overview: Vehicle Load Select a patient (or load by item type or item ID) to view the list of items for delivery. To load an item tap the checkbox in that row. A check mark will appear and the item s status will update to Loaded.
13 Product Overview: Mobile Service Turn by Turn Directions. Delivery Notes
14 Product Overview: Reports The Center Daily Activity report provides a summary-level snapshot, at route level, of all center-specific activity for a given date. Data can be exported to a PDF or CSV file. Fields marked with a red asterisk are required.
15 Product Overview: Reconcile Click Reschedule to open the Reschedule Order dialog box for the selected row. Click Unserviceable to open the Unserviceable dialog box for the selected row.
