4 Estimate Costs using Easy Cost Planning Enter Personnel Number Enter Activity Type for each person Enter Description Enter Quantity and Price per person NOTE: - Personnel Number fields can be activated in Easy Cost Planning using SAP standard BADI - Activity Type per each person can be obtained from Person Master record (e.g. info type 315) or from custom Z tables - The same BADI can be used to determine and assign person specific Activity Type, Sending Cost Center and Price

14 Perform Detailed Forecasting Switch to Change mode Select Costing item and choose Detail Forecasting

15 Perform Detailed Forecasting You can create, copy, or delete lines if necessary (cannot delete if actuals posted) Costs and Quantity To Complete is automatically reduced by each person You can change it here if necessary Actual Costs and Quantity displayed by each person

17 Perform Detailed Forecasting Select one or more items and choose Plan By Period Here you manually distribute remaining cost (and work) to complete for selected Persons

20 Perform Detailed Forecasting Exception indicator turns red because project Estimated Cost at Completion is higher than its Budget Estimated at Completion is updated and it is now over Budget by $ or by 11.08% Cost and Work To Complete are updated from the Detailed Forecasting screen
