4 Payroll Worksheet Quick Add Data Retention Go to the worksheet and click Enter

5 Payroll Worksheet Quick Add Data Retention Click Quick Add, select the retain options, and enter an employee. Select Add & Again or OK.

7 Payroll Worksheet Quick Add Data Retention Select a different worksheet, the information will not retain because you are in a different worksheet. Retention is also by user.

8 Create Payroll exception for inactive accounts A new system option has been added. When checked, if the payroll calcs encounters an inactive account on a payroll it will stop the calcs from continuing.

9 Create Payroll exception for inactive accounts Same option in the Web. Click the inactivate accounts cause a payroll error.

10 Create Payroll exception for inactive accounts An inactive account is selected on a pay record

11 Create Payroll exception for inactive accounts Once you run the calc process with an employee with an inactive account it will give you an error that will not allow you to continue.

12 Create Payroll exception for inactive accounts Unchecking the option will allow your payroll to continue with the inactive account.

13 Cash Receipt tab under Vendor Profile The Batch column contains a link to the cash receipt detail lines.

37 Ability to assign users to budget processes Go into Budget Entry and you have three new options If no users are selected when the allow user is marked, the budget will be available to any user. Users will only see budgets that they have access to.

46 Mobile App and Time Off: Added "Sub Need" function To order a Sub through the Mobile App, select Enable Sub Needed Option under Time off setup. Frontline (Aesop) is a direct link into their app. All other 3 rd party vendors will receive a warning message to log in.
