6 Branch Marketing Support Department Branch Marketing Support Department Responds and evaluates the Product Officer product presentation form submitted by the Branch Manager or Sales Officer in order to assess customer needs and recommends effective strategies based on profiling. Conducts product presentation to the existing or prospective client of the branch, explain the features, advantages and benefits of the products; delivers an excellent presentation in order to convince the client to avail the product by availing the Cash management products and services of the bank. Negotiates pricing based on standard pricing (ADB or fee-based pricing). If clients have requests on pricing deviation, Product Officers may offer a mixed pricing(adb + fees) or a special pricing arrangement in coordination with Marketing Group to optimize profitability of product or service solutions. Assists in providing proposal letters based on client s requirements. Coordinate with Marketing Group requests for revision/customization on the Memorandum of Recommends product customization or enhancements in coordination with the branch to Implementation Head. Orchestrates, manages and drives the end-to-end client implementation activities.
