4 INTRODUCTION NCSL was established due to an increased demand for a high quality contrac)ng service that could deliver experienced, professional Project management in the Telecommunica)ons and Construc)on industries. NCSL operates a quality management system that has developed from over 100 years of collec)ve experience from various Construc)on industries. The understanding of delivering excellence has resulted in a built up rela;onship with our partners that involves the on going sharing of knowledge to become the market leaders in delivering civil works to the telecommunica)ons and construc)on industries.
