2 INTRODUCTION For The Salvaon Army in Australia these are both excing and opportunisc days. There is strength in unity and as we move toward becoming one Army across this vast naon this will allow us to work together in ways we have not been able to in the past for the advancement of the Kingdom. Of greater significance is the huge opportunity this allows us to re-gather, re-focus and re-align ourselves to the purposes for which God has called us. What an opportunity we have to ensure we are serving in a way that is not only relevant to the needs and culture of today but that will allow us to be innovave as we move into the future. As the Australia One team connues to plan and determine what the future strategy for a new Australia Territory will look like, one of the most significant priories for both Ros and I is to seek the heart of God as to where He is leading us as a Division and how we can ensure His plan and purposes for us are being fulfilled. We are convinced that God wants every person to have the opportunity to experience fullness of life and the hope that comes from being accepted, valued and loved for who they are as well as being given the potenal to develop and grow. This Strategic Plan document gives an overview of how this can happen in every expression of The Salvaon Army in South Australia. Together we can make a difference. Blessings Barry & Ros Casey (Majors) Divisional Leaders - 2 -
