3 Who we are We are a Portuguese company, formed by highly qualified software engineers, with a vast experience in the development of high quality software. We specialize in the development of business critical systems, namely in the fields of e-government. We work across all project stages, including analysis, design, development, testing, distribution and maintenance of software solutions. 15 Document Communication and Auditing We develop solutions to evaluate and control processes and transactions, based on electronic data transmission and communication. These solutions are required by organizations to cross-check information, analyse patterns and access statistics, in order to lead them to greater efficiency. What differentiates these solutions: They allow organizations to register, issue, validate, search, modify, and annul large volumes of data; They collect and send data through web forms, web services, XML files and IVR (interactive voice response); They include user authentication and authorization mechanisms to validate information.

These applications allow document cyphering and signing, with the use of digital certificates, and can be applied to several types of documents including bank statements and certificates, in PDF.
