4 SOLUTIONS Single ELECTrONIC Window (SEW) Concept TradeWorldManager (TWM) is Webb Fontaine s flagship product which integrates electronic trade documents, from any Government agency such as Customs, Regulatory Agencies, Scanning agencies, Revenue Authorities, Port authorities and other economic operators such as Freight Forwarders, Banks and Shipping Lines into a common transactional environment constituting a collaborative and efficient National Single Window platform. 8 SOLUTIONS DATA MINING, REPORTING AND ALERTING FACILITIES GovernmentExecutiveVision (GEV) is a real-time monitoring and analysis tool. It has an integrated risk profiling and alerting facility, which provides up-to-date relevant information for Customs and Ministries senior officials to assist decisionmaking and to identify the strategies of all government entities generating revenue. GEV displays real-time information on Revenue, Customs declaration dwell time and performance of Customs operations as well as a snapshot of loss of revenue generated by exemptions and fraud amount found while conducting documentary or physical inspection. GEV also provides customizable alert notices through user defined criteria in order to track potential non compliant trade transactions: specific users are alerted by SMS or when a new declaration meets user defined criterion s condition (e.g. transaction value greater than 1M USD). Real time dashboards display statistical information in tabular format using four charts; each chart represents different timeframes: today (intraday), past seven days, past thirty days and past year. Chart information can be filtered through: Integrated country map (using Google MapsTM services) used to browse through Customs regions or to select specific Customs offices or A choice of Customs processing regimes and a pre-defined and customizable list of products Each chart can be modified to include additional data used for comparison, such as: Previous year s data as compared with recent figures (e.g. revenue 2011 vs. current year), up to 5 previous years Monthly revenue compared with target revenue for each office Using these charts and filters, Trade facilitation option shows the time spent between clearance stages (license approval, registration of manifest, declaration registration, assessment, payment, release). GEV dashboards will compare revenue performance as well as the clearance time of several offices for the same period, as well as employees performance. In addition GEV shows the proportion of registered, assessed, paid and exited declarations out of the total number of entries which were captured today, last week, last month and during the past 12 months, for selected offices, region or nationwide.
