We can manufacture in lengths up to: 6m for flashings and fabrications; 8m for insulated gutters. Short Lead Times We offer short lead times across our fabrications range and where required, we offer a combined insulated panel and fabrications delivery, minimising the number of loads to site. Our standard lead times are as follows: Flashings 2-3 working days; General 6 working days; Specialist (PPC) 8 working days; Membrane Lined Insulated Gutters 7-10 working days. Seamless Colour Match We manufacture fabrications from the same coil as our insulated panels, ensuring seamless integration into your building envelope. pre-coat finishes include: Kingspan XL Forté; Kingspan Spectrum; Kingspan Altaris; Kingspan Destral; Kingspan Textured. We also have our own Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) Qualicoat line, producing all of the major coating systems including; Synthia Pulvin and Interpon D.

4 4 Kingspan Membrane Lined Insulated Gutters Our membrane lined insulated gutter is suitable for boundary wall, valley and valley-hip applications, and is the only LPCB certified insulated gutter system available on the market. Available Lengths Available in lengths up to 8m maximum. Lengths over 7.2m will incur additional transport charges. Lifting eyes and tackle are available for long lengths. Gutter Components A range of gutter components and rainwater goods are available to complete the system, which includes: Internal and external corners, stop ends, T-sections, sumps, overflows and weirs; Square section pre-coated steel downpipes; Square or round PPC aluminium downpipes; Downpipes available in lengths up to 6m; Downpipe brackets, swan necks, elbows, shoes, rodding eyes, anticlimb options, collars and adapters. Features & Benefits LPCB certified to LPS 1181 Grade EXT-B PIR insulation core. U-values ranging from 0.67W/m 2 K (30mm thick) to 0.21W/m 2 K (100mm thick) - fully compliant with the appropriate National Building Regulations. Please refer to the product data sheet for standard thicknesses and U-values. Fully tested for non-fragility and walkability with sole dimensions up to 1000mm (boundary) or 850mm (valley) following the principles of ACR[M]001:2014 and BS EN Pre-melt drainage design in the event of snow fall and ice formation, facilitating drainage under winter conditions. IKO Armourplan membrane is available in Mid Grey (RAL 7046), whilst Sika-Trocal membrane is available in either Light Grey (RAL 7047) or Slate (RAL 7015). On request outlets and/or syphonic outlets can be factory fitted. Membrane gutters are ideal for syphonic drainage solutions. 10 10 Kingspan Top Hats We manufacture a range of bespoke top hats designed to complement our insulated wall panel systems. Application All top hats are suitable for horizontal panel applications. Aluminium raised cap and rubber gasket top hats are also suited to horizontal joints. Dimensions will vary depending on the panel specification. 12 12 Kingspan Preformed Corners Our range of insulated preformed corners combine insulation continuity with aesthetic design to offer an alternative solution to traditional corner flashings. Application Our preformed corners can be curved, cranked or mitred vertically and horizontally, as well as internally and externally. Options include: Single-cranked / mitred; Double-cranked / mitred (including chamfered and Z-shaped); Triple-cranked / mitred (including column encasements); Curved. Available Lengths Minimum and maximum lengths, angles and radii will apply depending on the type of corner specified.
