Kingspan Thermabrick is brought to market and is solely available from Kingspan. This unique system is the result of a partnership between Kingspan and Acheson & Glover, who are a leading manufacturer of masonry blocks, brick and stone products one of which being the mortarless brick system Novabrik. The Kingspan Thermabrick architectural facade system, incorporating Novabrik, creates a strong, water resistant brick finish with regulation compliant insulation built-in. 2

This fibre is FSC certified (see fsc.org for details). In recognition, the range has been awarded both the NAPM and Eugropa recycled marks, two of the most prestigious and recognisable recycled certificates available. The system is suitable for refurbishment, as well as new build. Kingspan Thermabrick can be installed on-site by workers without masonry skills. As a result, the installed cost of the system is less than that of conventional brick walls. The mortarless brick cladding system also includes components and accessories e.g. corner blocks, starter track and window jambs etc. Tried and Tested Service Backup Kingspan Thermabrick has passed the CWCT Standard Test Method for Curtain Walling as well as BSEN The system has also passed BS8200 testing at 500Nm soft body and 10Nm hard body, so is suitable for vandal prone areas. Design The design of Kingspan Thermabrick prevents water from penetrating the wall from the outside. The water-absorption of the high strength concrete composition is less than 5%, ensuring exceptional resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. 4
