CONTRACTOR HAS TO USE BEST QUALITY OF PLY WOOD SUCH AS CENTURY(ARCHITECT PLY), GREEN PLY(CLUB), AUSTIN PLY(GOLD), AMULPLY (PLATIMUN), MAYUR PLY (GOLD) QUALITIES CONFIRMING TO IS710 BWP/BWR. All plywood, wood to be used in the work must be treated with anti-termite solution of ISI approved with out fail. Only Teak wood beading of termite resistant quality to be used in the work. Front part of the counter(pucha area ) to be modified to curved by fixng an additional flexible 6mm ply as advised by the engineer in charge. It should be strictly as per Banks Uniform lay out policy scheme to be implemented strictly with out any deviation hence the contractors are requested to understand in detail before quoting the rate. 7 PLAIN FALSE CEILING: 30 Sq.M Rs Rs Providing and fixing Concealed Grid suspended ceiling system of 12.5mm La Gyp / Boral Plaster Boards fixed to Frame Work / Rondo / Boral Metal System concealed grid key lock suspended ceiling system consisting of 5mm suspension rod, adjustable spring loaded suspension clip, top cross rail of 3000mm long of 0.55BMT and furring channel 4000mm long made of 0.5mm BMT the top cross rail to be suspended from ceiling at every 1200mm and furring channel to be fixed to top cross rail at every 600mm to make a grid of 1200 x 600m. All the above components are to be made of galvanized steel. The rates to include cutouts for lighting fixtures / AC grilles / Fire Alarm Detectors etc., along with necessary strengthening and supports for fixing of these. The board joints are to be flush finished with jointing compound and paper tape etc., complete as directed. The rate is for a finished item of work etc., complete as directed. 10 Table for HELP DESK ( Grahak Mitra ):- Providing and fixing Help Desk table of size 5' 1 Nos. Rs Rs long, 2'3 width, 3'2 height with Corian Top all three (sides out sides, 3 thick). Table top shall be at 30 height with Corian top duly supported with suitable structure. A vertical modesty panel with Blue glass of width 2' and height 3'2 height shall be fixed in the center of the table, on front side and finished smoothly with matching materials to look elegant strictly as per Uniform layout policy of SBI. 11 CORIAN TOP:Providing and fixing Corian top 6mm thick LG make or equivalent for side 27 Sq.M Rs Rs units, low height storages, counters using basic material cost of about Rs 550/- sft including finishing and fixing in position to look elegant including rounding off the edges as directed, Rate to be quoted for all associated materials and labor charge to suit to the shades of Uniform layout policy of SBI. INTERIOR ESTIMATE-UDAYAGIRI 12 ACP CLADDING Providing and fixing ACP cladding white or Blue suiting to Banks uniform 60 Sq.M Rs Rs color policy including fixing with suitable frame of dry wall partition or 1.00 mm thick aluminium tubes of size 1 x1 of Jindal or best quality etc complete in ATM / e-corners/ e- lobbies etc complete. Cost of Logo to be included wherever required. Cost of making SBI logo as per pattern color, size and pattern as specified in Uniform layot policy of the banks to be included. 13 DIGITAL WALL Providing and fixing display boards (behind Help desk & counters) using 10 Sq.M Rs Rs twin perplex sheets of highly transparent materials of 5mm thick sand witched with display sheet (placed in between) with required information display sheets made with 3M or EVERY material per banks approved design and write up of Uniform layout policy of SBI and fixed to walls with suitable SS studs. The information or display material to be printed should be strictly as per banks approved patterns and contractor must arrange designer for making sample approval of the image.
