At Twin Anchors Marine we build our houseboats from the hull up at our Sicamous manufacturing plant. This assures quality construction and careful attention to detail. Our houseboats are developed in consultation with a naval architect, then manufactured to selected standards of the American Boat and Yacht Council. All models meet or exceed both U.S. and Canadian Coast Guard Standards and are NMMA Yacht Certified. Twin Anchors is also a certified CE manufacturer. In addition to these stringent measures, we input customer feedback from our rental fleet into our manufacturing ISO 9000 quality assurance program. The results are dynamic: superior houseboats that will stand the test of time. Expect lower maintenance, overall longevity and higher resale value. 6

12 Hand-Built Quality You Can Trust elevate your expectations Twin Anchors Marine is very proud of the exceptional level of expertise you ll find at our facility. In fact, we are one of a select few capable of completing all facets of construction at one facility! Our 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility includes interior design and engineering departments as well as a full complement of tradespeople skilled in welding, electrical, plumbing, cabinet and millwork, furniture manufacturing and upholstery. By keeping all these facets in-house we control both cost and quality. Naturally, we use only the best construction materials available; marine-grade aluminum, specially formulated fiberglass resins and gelcoats, heavy-duty cleats and deck fittings, solid wood cabinetry and seamless countertops. 13 time tested performance Customer driven innovation is what motivates the Twin Anchors design team. As well as building boats, we manage a combined rental fleet of over 80 charter vessels operating from our marinas in Salmon Arm and Sicamous on Shuswap Lake in the Interior of British Columbia. In general, renters are far more effective in finding shortcomings in a boat than the most diligent research and development department. Our hands-on experience in building for, and maintaining sizable rental fleets makes us directly aware of the need to build boats with the rugged construction that withstand years of wear and tear without sacrificing style, design and luxury. 13
