7 Advanced Works Agreement Bouygues UK has been appointed by UCLH to proceed with the relocation of the Oxygen tanks (VIE). Current Oxygen Storage Facility New Oxygen Storage Facility on University Street 7

12 Main construction works - update Bouygues UK is UCLH s preferred contractor for the construction of the new building. Once the advanced works are completed, main construction works will begin. Timescales June 2015 Advanced works begin. July/August 2015 Advanced works completed July 2015 Community Liaison Group July/August 2015 Construction phase starts including preparation for basement excavations. 12

17 Minimising the impact on our neighbours Working hours as agreed with LB Camden: 8am 6pm, Monday Friday 8am 1pm on Saturdays. No work to be undertaken on Sundays. Traffic management: Most deliveries and vehicles will access the site from Grafton Way. Noise, vibration and dust monitoring: There may be an increase in noise and vibration, but this will be minimal and well within the agreed limits. Non percussive Piling works. Continuous control and monitoring. Communication: During working hours the Site Manager will be contactable by phone. A 24/7 hotline will also be established. Regular information will be provided through newsletters as well as during regular stakeholder forum meetings. 17

18 Utility Diversions Grafton Way Most of the work on Grafton Way is now almost complete. Grafton Way is now partly open to traffic. University Street Work is underway at University Street and nearing completion. University Street will be re-opened to traffic in July Huntley Street Work on Huntley Street (between Grafton Way and University Street) has now started. Traffic and parking restrictions are in place. Work is due to be completed by the end of July
