Mechanical and plumbing design consisted of new boilers, new DDC control systems, and domestic water backflow prevention devices. University of Colorado [Parking Structure and Public Safety Building] - Colorado Springs, CO* Mechanical and plumbing design for new office building [12,400 square feet] attached to a new parking structure [138,000 square feet]. Scope expanded to include two additional parking levels after completion., CU Foundation Offices Denver, CO Mechanical and electrical design for an office remodel. Additional HVAC capacity was added. University of Colorado, Boulder, CO MEP design for the University distribution center totaling 5,500 square feet. DPS Fairmont Dual Immersion Academy Denver, CO Arvada High School [Remodel and Office Addition] Arvada, CO* Design for building-wide air conditioning, including retrofit of existing boilers; chiller/cooling tower addition; new air-handling units; and plumbing design. Project included restroom revision for ADA compliance. Fitzmorris Elementary School [HVAC Improvements] Arvada, CO* HVAC design, including the addition of an air-cooled chiller; boilers; piping for chilled/heating water distribution; four-pipe unit ventilators; air-handling units; and plumbing systems. Bid phase and construction administration responsibilities. Glennon Heights Elementary School [Remodel and Addition] Lakewood, CO* Design for building-wide air conditioning. Project included HVAC for an addition and upgrade of existing controls; boilers; unit ventilators; and design for plumbing improvements. Project consisted of an addition of a grease trap and alteration to plumbing for ADA compliance. U.S. Air Force Academy [Cadet Gymnasium Repair and Upgrade] - Colorado Springs, CO* Mechanical design to replace all major mechanical systems, including air-handling units; pumps; and high-temperature heating water heat exchangers $4m mechanical construction cost. Fitzmorris Elementary School Arvada, CO U.S. Air Force Academy [Sijan Hall] Colorado Springs, CO* First project consisted of performing piping stress calculations for the high temperature heating water piping serving cadet quarters [598,000]. Second project for the same building, responsible for fact-finding report and developed construction scope of work report, detailing construction costs for the HVAC systems modernization $14m project. Spring International 1616 Champa Street - Denver, CO Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design for higher education facility, total SF: 15,000. U.S. Air Force Academy Colorado Springs, CO *Auraria Campus Central Building - Denver, CO Mechanical and Electrical design provided for remodel/upgrade of a 28,000 square foot classroom and administrative offices located in the central campus building, for Metro State College. We also conducted an energy conservation findings and design concepts study for the chemistry lab fume hoods. *Completed while at another firm

Each guest room includes individual kitchenettes; hotel amenities include meeting rooms, lounge area, fitness and laundry facilities, dining area, pool, lobby area, prep kitchen and back-of-house amenities. This building has acquired LEED-NC Silver Certification. Metro West Housing Solutions 575 Union Boulevard, Lakewood, CO MDP provided documentation and submittal of LEED-EB prerequisites and selected credits required for LEED certification. Homewood Suites, Springfield, VA The project consists of mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a 7 story, 170 room hotel of approximately 120,000 square feet. An above grade parking structure of approximately 66,100 square feet. Guest rooms include kitchen facilities. Public spaces include meeting rooms, lodge, lobby, fitness and an indoor swimming pool. Project is striving for a minimum LEED-NC Gold certification. Denver Housing Authority South Lincoln Redevelopment Phase II Denver, CO Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a 93 unit design-build utilizing enterprise green community standards, a solar photovoltaic system and a highly efficient HVAC system. The project is aspiring for LEED-NC Platinum. Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse Denver, CO Project is LEED-NC 2.2 registered. Principal-in-charge for mechanical and plumbing design of new 5-level courthouse for the City and County of Denver [320,000 square feet]. It contains 35 courtrooms; holding cells; jury deliberation rooms; conference rooms; office space; and an underground parking garage th Street at the Millennium Bridge Denver, CO Project registered for LEED Gold certification. Principalin-charge for mechanical design for new, multi-use 3- tower complex. Project consisted of two high-rise office buildings [approx. 640,000 square feet] and a residential tower [approx. 130,000 square feet], including an underground parking garage [approx. 350,000 square feet] and 6-story above ground parking structure. Embassy Suites Hotel at Denver Denver, CO Project submitted for LEED Silver certification. Mechanical design for a new 17-story, 403-room hotel with underground parking. Hotel features 4 floors of retail space, corporate meeting facilities, office space, restaurants and indoor pool. Upper floors consist of a 13-story atrium and guest rooms. Design required a specialized smoke control system to accommodate the large atrium. Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building Denver, CO Building obtained LEED-EB Gold certification. Responsible for commissioning of existing City and County of Denver office building.

Principal-in-charge for mechanical, electrical and plumbing core and shell design of new 6-story office building [approximately 190,000 square feet], includes underground parking and stand-alone parking structure. Taxi 2 Denver, CO Taxi 2 tenant Barker Rinker Seacat Architects registered their office space with the USGBC as a LEED-CI project. Principal-in-charge for new 3-story mixed-use building comprised of 43 residential units and 76,000 square feet of office/retail space [total 105,000 square feet]. Responsible for core and shell design and various tenant finish improvements for office space areas. Taxi 2 Sunflower Market Denver, CO Registered LEED-CS project. Design for mechanical, electrical and plumbing for core and shell only for new 1-story. Design for roof-mounted HVAC units, rough-in plumbing connections for waste; vent; domestic water and gas; and fire protection backflow preventer [28,000 square feet]. Colorado Department of Labor Office Building Denver, CO Project awarded LEED-NC 2.1 certification. LEED Project Manager and Principal-in-charge for mechanical design for new construction 4-story office building addition [40,000 square feet] and remodel of existing office space [80,000 square feet]. E2 Consulting Engineers Denver, CO Project was LEED certified. Mechanical and plumbing design for new office building [6,000 square feet]. Rio Tinto Minerals [United States Headquarters] Greenwood Village, CO Project received LEED Silver certification. Complete remodel on an existing 3-story building, including mineral testing and lab facility. Replacement of base building mechanical system and fire protection system upgrades [120,000 square feet].

Webb Municipal Office Building Denver, CO Responsible for commissioning of existing City and County of Denver office building. Building obtained LEED-EB Gold certification. Treat Hall at Johnson and Wales University Denver, CO Restoration and conversion of historic dormitory building to a student operated hotel, including training rooms, laundry facilities and main level restaurant. Design required accommodating landmark building guidelines. Lakewood Housing Authority Lakewood, CO Lead designer for mechanical and plumbing design for a 4-story office building. Design included replacement of existing base building mechanical systems and tenant finish scope.

Wyoming National Guard [Field Maintenance Facility] Wyoming Design development of the mechanical and electrical systems for National Guard Field Maintenance Shop, including offices, training and personnel areas and equipment maintenance and repair bays. Six bays included in this project: 4 for repair, 1 for wash and 1 for welding. Personnel areas included locker spaces, fitness center and break room. Scope of work included utility service connections for water, gas, and electricity. Preliminary load calculations, equipment selection and distribution diagrams were determined to designate adequate spaces for equipment and assign locations for installation. Schematic design narrative and drawings provided for National Guard base review. Denver Central Platte Facilities [Design Build Proposal] Denver, CO Participation in the team with GC, Architect, Civil and Structural Engineers for preparing proposal and Schematic Design for the City and County of Denver s new facility accommodating fleet maintenance shops, office building, fleet open and covered parking, warehouse and animal shelter. Responsible for preparation of the Electrical scope of work on this project. The Rossonian Hotel Denver, CO Electrical design for addition of two stories to historical 3-story Rossonian Hotel building. Jazz club and restaurant incorporated on the first floor. Jazz concert hall set aside for entire second floor with large seating area. Third floor space made exclusively for nightclub. Fourth floor offers a dedicated area for VIP members. Scope of project included full electrical distribution system redesign with reuse of the existing Xcel Energy transformer and main distribution board. Sage Building [historic Fontius Building] Denver, CO Electrical design of a complete historic building renovation. Built in 1923, 4-story building, plus basement [55, 000 square feet]. Project also included interior building built-out for Sage Hospitality; and first floor retail spaces for a bank and coffee shop.
