Metro West Housing Solutions 575 Union Boulevard, Lakewood, CO MDP provided documentation and submittal of LEED-EB prerequisites and selected credits required for LEED certification. Homewood Suites, Springfield, VA The project consists of mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a 7 story, 170 room hotel of approximately 120,000 square feet. An above grade parking structure of approximately 66,100 square feet. Guest rooms include kitchen facilities. Public spaces include meeting rooms, lodge, lobby, fitness and an indoor swimming pool. Project is striving for a minimum LEED-NC Gold certification. Denver Housing Authority South Lincoln Redevelopment Phase II Denver, CO Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a 93 unit design-build utilizing enterprise green community standards, a solar photovoltaic system and a highly efficient HVAC system. The project is aspiring for LEED-NC Platinum. Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse Denver, CO Project is LEED-NC 2.2 registered. Principal-in-charge for mechanical and plumbing design of new 5-level courthouse for the City and County of Denver [320,000 square feet]. It contains 35 courtrooms; holding cells; jury deliberation rooms; conference rooms; office space; and an underground parking garage th Street at the Millennium Bridge Denver, CO Project registered for LEED Gold certification. Principalin-charge for mechanical design for new, multi-use 3- tower complex. Project consisted of two high-rise office buildings [approx. 640,000 square feet] and a residential tower [approx. 130,000 square feet], including an underground parking garage [approx. 350,000 square feet] and 6-story above ground parking structure. Embassy Suites Hotel at Denver Denver, CO Project submitted for LEED Silver certification. Mechanical design for a new 17-story, 403-room hotel with underground parking. Hotel features 4 floors of retail space, corporate meeting facilities, office space, restaurants and indoor pool. Upper floors consist of a 13-story atrium and guest rooms. Design required a specialized smoke control system to accommodate the large atrium. Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building Denver, CO Building obtained LEED-EB Gold certification. Responsible for commissioning of existing City and County of Denver office building.

Principal-in-charge for mechanical, electrical and plumbing core and shell design of new 6-story office building [approximately 190,000 square feet], includes underground parking and stand-alone parking structure. Taxi 2 Denver, CO Taxi 2 tenant Barker Rinker Seacat Architects registered their office space with the USGBC as a LEED-CI project. Principal-in-charge for new 3-story mixed-use building comprised of 43 residential units and 76,000 square feet of office/retail space [total 105,000 square feet]. Responsible for core and shell design and various tenant finish improvements for office space areas. Taxi 2 Sunflower Market Denver, CO Registered LEED-CS project. Design for mechanical, electrical and plumbing for core and shell only for new 1-story. Colorado Department of Labor Office Building Denver, CO Project awarded LEED-NC 2.1 certification. LEED Project Manager and Principal-in-charge for mechanical design for new construction 4-story office building addition [40,000 square feet] and remodel of existing office space [80,000 square feet].
