2 SCHEDULE OF TENDER PRICE PROPOSED TENDER FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF CHILLER SYSTEM AT SATS AFT 6, 20 AIRLINE ROAD SINGAPORE NOTES 1. Each and every item as stipulated hereunder MUST be priced. No grouping of costing is permitted. Failure to do so will render the Tender invalid and it will not be considered. The price shall include everything necessary for and incidental to the execution and completion of the works including all the related works indicated in this document. The tenderer may insert NIL against an item and this shall be deemed that any costs incurred for that item have been allowed for in the prices of other items. 2. Tender prices shall be firm and tendered in Singapore Currency and shall not be subjected to fluctuations of foreign exchange rate. Any condition imposed by the Tenderer regarding fluctuation of exchange rate will not be accepted. 3. The Tender Price in the Schedule of Tender Price shall be deemed to have included all charges on preliminaries, equipment, materials, transport, insurance, storage, delivery, placing, finishing, labour, overheads, overtime payment, profit and anything reasonably inferred from the description of the works. 4. The Tenderer shall provide a breakdown of the costs for every item stipulated in the Schedule of Tender Price. Schedule of Tender Price SD-TP-2 Company Stamp/Authorised Signature

3 Description Amount () 1. General and Preliminaries 1.1. Performance Bond In an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the tender Sum Site Management Staff The tenderer shall provide adequate and competent site supervisory and administrative staff for the proper execution of the works including: A competent Full Time Site / Project Manager who shall be overall in charge of the Works. A general foreman who shall be in charge of the execution and maintenance of the Works throughout the course of the Contract. Adequate assistants and all back-up staff who are skilled, competent and experience in their respective trade. 1.3 Safety Supervisor The tenderer shall provide a dedicated safety supervisor who is competent in all aspects of safety supervision. During the term of the contract, the Safety Supervisor shall ensure all safety risk mitigation measures described in the risk assessment form has been carried out diligently. He shall be familiar and ensure site workers comply with all laws and by-laws relating to Workplace Safety issued by Ministry of Manpower or its agencies. He shall also ensure his site workers comply with all in-house safety guidelines. 1.4 Painting Chiller Plant Room The tenderer shall supply labour and material to apply 1 base coat and 2 coats of emulsion paint to the walls and ceiling. The tenderer shall also apply fresh coat of paint to all new and old pipes within the plant room. 1.5 Removal of Rubbish The tenderer shall keep the site clean and tidy at all times by constant clearing and removal of all debris, spoil, rubbish and unnecessary materials form the site progressively during the execution and completion of the tender. He shall provide proper bulk bins for construction debris. Any fines resulting from the tenderer s failure to remove the rubbish away from these places shall be borne by him. The tenderer is to note that no burning or burial of any rubbish whatsoever will be allowed on the site. 1.6 Insurance All insurances taken are to be in the joint names of the Employer and the tenderer to cover total works including sub-contractor s works and cross liabilities. The period of insurance shall be the Construction Period plus the twelve (12) months Maintenance Period. All insurance policies are to be effected with an insurance company to be approved by the Employer. The tenderer shall take up and pay all premiums in respect of the above mentioned insurance policies, factory permit and any other insurance which he considers to be necessary to fulfil his contractual obligations. All excesses or deductibles in the insurance policies shall be borne by the tenderer. 2. Specific Scope of Works AFT6 Plant 2.1 Decommissioning, dismantle and disposal of the existing chillers with associated pumps and cooling towers. The removal shall be done only one at a time following the new chillers installation. The removal of the next chiller can only be done after successful commissioning of the new chiller in replacement of the existing chiller. 2.2 Supply, install, testing and commissioning 1 2 sets of cooling tower set with Schedule of Tender Price SD-TP-3 Company Stamp/Authorised Signature

4 Description Amount () minimum capacity of 400HRT 150HRT. consisted of 2 cells and each cell shall be separated with internal partition and separate basins. The cooling tower installation work shall include necessary pipework, gauges, joints, modification of makeup pipe, spring isolators, additional support, new H beam, installation of new motorized valves, water level sensors, walkway & safety hand rail for maintenance, access cat ladders from floor, water proofing work, and new electrical panel including individual VFD for each cell to modulate the fan speed with redundant electro mechanical starter as back up. The electrical panel shall have selector switch to select between auto & manual mode, and VFD & electro mechanical starter. 2.3 Supply, install, testing and commissioning 2 nos new chiller with associated pipework and accessories including motorized valves. Minimum chiller capacity shall be 120RT matching with building load profile with minimum load of 20% using single/multi compressor (VFD), flooded type evaporator complete with thermal insulation (armaflex insulation for evaporator and condenser). The scope of work shall include but not limited to chilled water pipes with mechanical joint, reducer, stainless steel flexible joint, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, differential pressure switches, motorized valves, butterfly valves, joints, brackets, spring isolators, drain pipe, plinth extension, etc, as shown/stated on the specification drawings and schedule of technical particulars. Reconnect the chilled water supply pipe to the header. 2.4 Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 nos chilled water pump sets with thermal insulation including auto air vent cock, chilled water pipe with connection, stainless steel flexible connection, check valves, suction diffuser, butterfly valves, pressure gauge, drip tray, drain pipe, inertia blocks, brackets, spring isolators, joints, modification of plinths, etc. 2.5 Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 nos condenser water pump sets including auto air vent cock, condenser water pipes with connection, stainless steel flexible connection, check valves, strainer, butterfly valves, pressure gauge, drip tray, drain pipe, inertia blocks, brackets, spring isolators, joints, modification of plinths, etc. 2.6 Decommissioning, dismantle and disposal of 1 set of existing chilled water header and existing condenser water pipe. 2.7 Supply and install a new set of chilled water common header between the chillers and the pumps to operate parallel pumping system including pipe and accessories for connection between the header, the chillers and the pumps. 2.8 Supply and install a new set of condenser water common header between the chillers, the pumps and the cooling tower to operate parallel pumping system including pipe and accessories for connection between the header, the chillers, the pumps and the cooling tower. 2.9 Supply and install new chilled water header bypass complete with differential pressure sensor, modulating valve and isolation valves Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of one new Airconditioning Switchboard for chillers, pumps and cooling tower in the plant room, including ACB, MCCB, 10 nos class 0.5 Digital Power Meter with High Level Interface at all incoming and outgoing, safety and monitor devices, etc, as shown in Schedule of Tender Price SD-TP-4 Company Stamp/Authorised Signature

The switch board shall have selector switch to select between auto & manual mode, and select pump starter between VFD & electro mechanical starter (A/T) Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of six (6) nos Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) starter with high level interface capability with CPA for monitoring power consumption for all pumps and cooling towers as shown in tender drawing of Schedule of technical Specifications. All VFDs for indoor use shall be IP55, and for outdoor use shall be IP65 rating or inside IP65 panel Supply, delivery, installation of power and control cable from main A/C switchboards to all starters and equipments To provide complete service of SAS In House LEW (Licensed Electrical Workers) as required by the Local Authorities to take complete charge of chiller plant electrical switchboard upgrading works and all cost connected herewith including fees payable to the Authorities, Power grid and Client Supply, delivery, installation and testing of BACnet IP-based Chiller Plant Automation System including 1 sets of work station c/w software program & licenses maintenance office. The work station shall comply to OPC (OLE for Process Control) standard for interfacing with third party for monitoring. The work shall include supply and install one lot of DDC controllers with minimum 22 bit A/D, 6 sets of flow meters of accuracy better than 1% at chilled water and condenser water loop for all chillers and headers, 12 nos of immersion temperature sensors (10K thermistor) of accuracy better than 0.03 º C, one lot of differential pressure sensors, etc., as specified in CPA technical specification and point schedules. Temperature Sensor must be calibrated by SAC-SingLas accredited lab. Each calibration cert should provide the three constants for the Steinhart-Hart Equation Supply, install, test and commission of 5 nos AHU controllers including associated wiring as well as all the cable trunking, conduit, brackets, etc. CPA system will communicate the controller through high level interface To convert existing AHUs 3 way modulating valve to 2 way modulating valve by closing the bypass port Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of two (2) nos brush type automatic online condenser tube cleaning systems, complete 4-way valves, electronic actuator, all necessary fittings. The contractor shall be also responsible for open-up the Chiller water box for inspection of the condenser tube conditions and brush before the end of Defect Liability Period Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1 set of refrigerant leak detection system in chiller plant room as per ASHRAE Standard including control panels and associated wiring as well as all the cable trunking, conduit, brackets, etc Supply, install, testing and commissioning 1 new set of chemical water treatment system for cooling tower To provide chemical water treatment to chilled water and condenser water circuit and conduct bi-weekly servicing complying with the authority s requirement.
