The venue is right in front of the Duomo and the Baptistery, some of the most inspiring landmarks in Florence. Enjoy your walk, and come to the conference ready to listen to many interesting presentations. It s going to be a great day! Practical information This Conference will offer a comprehensive overview of coppice management across Europe from the Mediterranean up to Scandinavia, passing through Central Europe and the Balkans. Different topics will be covered by renowned international experts, e.g. historical as well as technical aspects, ecological and silvicultural subjects, conservation and biodiversity issues and much more. Poster session: Please indicate if you want to present a poster (spinelli@ivalsa.cnr.it) Registration: Attendance is free, but places are limited and you should register by sending a message to: spinelli@ivalsa.cnr.it A buffet lunch option will be available to participants, at the agreed price of 20 per person, to be paid on site.
