HYDRO 2018 Conference and Exhibition will take place in Gdansk, Poland, October The event is organized by The International Journal on Hydropower & Dams with full support of ICOLD, IEA, and the local authorities and industry partners delegates from 90 countries are expected to attend, representing major utilities, developers, consultants and manufacturing companies, as well as financial and environmental specialists. It will be the most important international gathering of the year for the hydropower profession. Make the most out of your presence and enhance your position in the industry with a sponsorship. Sponsors will have their logo on event banners and in the conference literature. Sponsors will be included in related publications from the moment you reserve! By reserving your sponsorship early, you will get valuable exposure before the event in various brochures and in our journal. With some sponsorships, companies are allowed to place their promotional materials in high traffic areas. Sponsorship is an excellent way to increase your company s presence in front of hundreds of experts and decision makers. Sponsoring will place you on an equal footing with some of the most successful companies in the industry. 2 AVAILABLE: VENUE SPONSORSHIP One company is invited to sponsor the venue, as one of the most prestigious sponsorships. The company will be showed the most prominently in promotional materials as well as during the event. AVAILABLE: WELCOME RECEPTION A welcome reception with cocktails, buffet supper and entertainment will be held at a prime venue. The sponsor(s) will have the opportunity to introduce the event with a short speech. DELEGATE BAGS SPONSORSHIP bags will be printed with sponsor logos under the flap. The cost for is EUR 5150 per company. Two companies are invited. RESERVED

3 1 AVAILABLE: TUESDAY EVENING DRINKS RECEPTION All participants will be invited to gather in the exhibition area on Tuesday afternoon to enjoy drinks and refreshments to encourage networking with exhibitors in an informal environment. The cost is EUR per company to co-sponsor (two companies welcome). Increase your business relations and generate sales opportunities LUNCH & DRINKS SPONSORSHIP The sponsorship will include the lunch and drinks for all participants. Your logo will be promoted during the lunch. You are welcome to distribute gifts and brochures to the delegates. If you have company flags or banners, you can also display them in the exhibition lunch area, following approval from the exhibition organising team. The cost of the lunch & drink co-sponsorship is EUR MONDAY: SOLD TUESDAY: SOLD WEDNESDAY: SOLD 2 AVAILABLE: REFRESHMENT AND COFFEE SPONSORSHIP Refreshment and coffee breaks will be served each morning and afternoon between the sessions in the exhibition hall. 4 AVAILABLE: INTERNET STATIONS & BUSINESS LOUNGE SPONSORSHIP Four computer stations will be available with free internet access. Each will be branded with your colour logo. In addition, this package includes the business lounge area, where comfortable sofa chairs, coffee tables, water dispensers, electricity connection and other facilities will be provided for all delegates. Two companies are invited to sponsor. The cost is EUR 3750 per company. RESERVED FOR: AVAILABLE: WI-FI SPONSORHIP One company will have the opportunity sponsor the Wi-Fi connection - one of the most popular options. Wi-fi will be available to all delegates in the exhibition area at no cost. Delegates will have to connect on a page that will include information and branding designed together with the sponsor. The cost of this sponsorship is EUR AVAILABLE: DELEGATE FOLDERS FOR EACH PARTICIPANT Cost of the sponsorship is EUR4000 per company, plus the cost of production. Manufacturing cost varies between EUR and is covered by the sponsor(s). Folders are produced in cooperation with the organisers. If one company sponsors, one full free delegate is also included in the price. RESERVED FOR (UP TO THREE COMPANIES): WATER COOLER SPONSORSHIP 10 Water coolers will be displayed and available for all the participants. Your company will get the water dispensers personalised with your company logo and stand information. The cost is EUR 3750

5 FINAL DINNER SPONSORSHIP The final dinner is a real celebration of the whole event and popular amongst delegates. A spectacular evening is planned to provide an appropriate ending to three days of hard work. Several companies are invited to co-sponsor the event, where they will be mentioned and will have their logos displayed. Wednesday: AVAILABLE: SHUTTLE TRANSFERS Cost of the sponsorship is EUR5000 per company, Company logo will be placed in prominent locations on HYDRO 2018 shuttle buses used for transporting delegates. Company name and/or logo located at bus pick-up and drop-off locations. Opportunity to place promotional leaflet items inside the shuttle bus.
