For returning of non-delivered parcels, the postage is charged according to international regulations. Reception and recording of authorisations Re-packing of items with damaged packaging and reporting on irregularities of items (price of wrapping material is added, in case the material is used) Safekeeping of items for delivery storage charges for letters weighing over 500 g and parcels (per day) Strana 4
