8 Financial Analysis of Bamboo Laminated Feasibility study on Bamboo laminated showed that bamboo laminated industry is profitable with health cashflow, and feasible in long-term. Investment Criteria Value Net present value (NPV) Rp Benefit cost ratio (BCR) 1,01 Internal rate (IRR) of return 27,27 Break even point Year 4 Financial Analysis of Sokasi and Finishing Financial analysis of both production process (Sokasi and finishing) showed the R/C is greater than, means that capital utilisation is efficient and profitable. Production of Sokasi Putihan Costs Revenues 1. Raw material (bamboo) = Rp Sokasi putihan = Rp Labour for 3 days = Rp Total costs = Rp Total revenue = Rp Rasio Revenue/Cost (R/C) = 1,875 Net revenue (craftsmen level) = Rp / 3 days or Rp per day 8
