12 12 General Guideline HRD for NPP Construction of one NPP (600MWe~1400MWe) requires 6,000~7,000 technicians & engineers (85% are simple technicians) Operation and maintenance of an NPP requires 260~350 licensed professionals An NPP requires about 30 leadership-level professionals Regulatory professionals require extensive experiences. HRD programs are pre-requisite for an NPP program.
