4 We are the Recognised Oral Coaching Centre (ROCC) of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) and have been conducting the Certified Accounting Technicians (CAT) programme under the aegis of the Additional Skills Acquisition Programme (ASAP) of the GoK. We are the Delivery Partner of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) for the Plumbing Apprentice Programme (PAP) conducted under ASAP. We have been chosen by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) as a Programme Implementing Agency to deliver industry-specific training to rural youth under the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushalya Yojana project in Kerala. As the training partners of the Kudumbashree Mission of the Govt. of Kerala, we have rolled out various programmes focussing on the uplift of women. We are entrusted with a Skill-upgradation programme for ITIs /Polytechnics across Kerala, a project initiated by NORKA (GoK Undertaking). At the end of the FY , we completed over 200 batches and is now an ongoing programme. Our Reach: Our experience and expertise in Training/ Skill Development across the entire spectrum from school children and school teachers to college students, college teachers, employees of both the public and the private sectors, puts us in a prominent position to help you achieve your strategic goals. Amrita Vidyalayam and SB Global have entered into an MoU to roll-out Metamorphosis, a holistic programme to enhance language skills and build cultural and ethical values amongst the students. Our highly acclaimed Campus Recruitment Preparatory programmes conducted for students of B-Schools and Engineering Colleges across the length and breadth of Kerala have helped place thousands of students in some of the best companies in India. Federal Skills Academy a CSR project of the Federal Bank, has chosen SB Global as its implementing partner. The Academy offers various value-added certification programmes to engineering graduates and engineering drop-outs. A few more tie ups with industry specialists are being finalised in verticals like Ayurveda and Wellness, Auto Servicing, Water and Waste management solutions. The Industrial Training Department of the GoK selected SB Global to provide training in Workplace Communication Skills to their personnel across the state.

Programme Design based on the TNA ensures that what you get is tailored to your need and not just another generic, one-size-fits-all programme. Beta-testing either via a demo-session for the decision makers or by using a control - group of a cross-section of the proposed participants. Finalisation of modules after incorporating the recommendations from the beta-test. Programme roll-out. Post-programme Effectiveness Evaluation incorporates tests and/or inputs from HODs.This is ideally done after a certain period from the date of training to check how e training have been internalised. Remedial Sessions to nullify the knowledge-skill gap.
