3 About the presenters Urs Stauffer, a Swiss national, is HR Business Partner in the IFC Client Services Team. He joined IFC/the World Bank Group in April 2012 at its Headquarters in 14% Washington DC, after spending 10 years in the private sector (Financial Services Industry). In his role as HR Business Partner, he is supporting IFC s Corporate Risk & Sustainability VPU globally. He earned a BSc in 26% International Management and a Master of Advances Studies in Psycho-social Management from the University of Applied Sciences, Northwestern Switzerland. 16% 17% Roberto Amorosino, an Italian national, is Senior Recruitment Officer in the HR Talent Acquisition team. He joined the Bank, back 7% in 1994, after 8 years in the private sector with search firms where he worked as a headhunter. He responded to a World Bank advertisement in the press looking for recruiters. He currently works at the WBG Headquarters, Washington DC, after previous experience with the Bank in Paris and Rome. His professional focus is on external recruitment, diversity and outreach. He is a Law graduate from the Universita La Sapienza, Rome. 20%

Promote shared prosperity by fostering the income growth of the bottom 40% for every country.
