2 Welcome to the Mondo s Fuel Platform! We listened to your feedback and we ve tweaked the program to better cater to what matters to you. We understand that every team has its own unique culture, so we re handing the reins over to your team! Each office will have a monthly Fuel budget to do team activities, order snacks, or run contests. HR will send your manager a catalog chock-full of ideas for inspiration. Got a cool idea you think your team will love? Let your manager know! You ll also get to take advantage of a monthly Personal Fuel Credit that comes from the corporate level. Each year you re an Agent of Change you ll get more allowance to spend on things that are important to you! These benefits are for full time, non-contingent Mondo employees only. We have no doubt that our benefits will keep our employees charged up for life! TIME TO DIVE IN...

3 Team Fuel THE CATALOG We ve sent your manager a catalog with tons of great ideas for how to spend the team s monthly Fuel budget. Your manager and your team s Fuel Ambassador will be in charge of the budget and all Fuel purchases and events will be at manager discretion. Some examples: Monthly catered breakfast or lunch Theme days Lunch and learns Team happy hour Games for the office Local philanthropy events Raffles and contests TIME OFF/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING As part of Fuel, managers will have the ability to grant time off or flexible scheduling at their discretion. Need to request time off? Log into your Employee Navigator Portal to submit a request. Instructions are located on the Intranet. WHY THIS IS AWESOME... 4 Personal Fuel Fuel up with awesome benefits! YOUR MONTHLY FUEL CREDIT It s nice to have a little extra money to spend on things that are important to you. Your Personal Monthly Fuel Credit is yours to spend as you see fit (on a preapproved list of items)! The longer you re at Mondo the bigger your credit will be! There is one for each category of Personal Fuel. Reach out to HR for details at or HR@mondo.com. PHONE EXPENSE Closing deals on the road? Use your phone to keep work flowing while you are not in the office? Mondo recognizes that technology helps your job and we are happy to help with the cost. Eligible employees can expense up to $50 per month of their phone bill through Concur. Submit receipts (up to $50/month) using the "Telecommunications: Cell Phone" Expense Type in Concur.

5 LINKEDIN EXPENSE Ask and you shall receive! You are now able to expense up to $50 per month of your LinkedIn Premium bill. Eligible employees can expense up to $50 per month of their phone bill through Concur. Submit receipts (up to $50/month) using the FUEL LinkedIn Reimbursement Expense Type in Concur. STUDENT LOAN/TUITION REIMBURSEMENT EXPENSE After 2 years at Mondo, you re eligible for $1,000/year to pursue courses or to help offset your student loans! Be a full time, non-contingent employee with 2 years of tenure or greater. Tuition Reimbursement must be for courses taken at an accredited university Eligible employees can expense up to $1,000 per year of their student loan or tuition bills through Concur. Submit receipts (up to $1,000/year) using the Student Loan or Tuition Reimbursement Expense Type in Concur. EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Sometimes you need a little extra help! Whether you need advice about a legal matter, a referral for a babysitter or a doctor in your area, or just someone to talk to, our Employee Assistance Program is just a phone call away. Here are some services they provide: 24/7/365 live-call center with master s level mental health counselors Up to 3 face-to-face mental health counseling sessions per year LawAccess legal and financial assistance Help Net online resources, interactive tools, trainings, assessments, articles, and wellness tips Work-Life telephone resources and referrals for childcare, eldercare, education, and more Management consultation Safe Ride service Well Coach access to health coaches for consultation and support for smoking cessation, fitness and weight loss, management of chronic illness, and elevating over all levels of wellbeing You re already enrolled! You are eligible to enroll in Mondo s 401k after 6 months of service. Saving for the future is essential and Mondo provides a 401K plan to support its employees. We care about your future and want to empower you to make good choices today so you can retire tomorrow. Our 401K is managed by Principal Financial Group. There are many investment options to choose from. To ensure you make the right decisions for you and your family we have 401K plan managers to help you understand our plan and the investment choices available to you. You are eligible to fill out the 401k form from day 1, and your contribution will begin after you hit your 6 month anniversary. Additional information can be found on the intranet. 6 COMMUTER CHECKS Mondo understands that commuting can be expensive. Employees rely on public transportation and Mondo wants to offer assistance with this expense. My commuter check is a program that allows employees to pay for their commuting cost tax-free. This can be up to a 40% savings. Refer to or to set up a transit account with Mondo please contact the Finance team at accounting@mondo.com with your name and address and the subject line reading Transit Check Registration. He will set you up with a username so you can set yourself up! To learn more about the benefits of such a program, please see the benefits guide. Please see the CommuterCheck FAQ Sheet if you have more questions. SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS FROM AFLAC While we hope that you re always in perfect health, we know sometimes you have to have a safety net in place just in case. That s why we re offering Personal Short Term Disability, Accident Indemnity, Hospital Care, and Cancer Care insurance through Aflac. The premiums will deducted out of your paycheck and in the event you need to file a claim, Aflac will help you through every step. Contact HR at HR@mondo.com or or attend one of Aflac s information sessions. Details will be distributed by HR. QUARTERLY HR BOX Your HR Department is there to help you out but we can also be fun! We ll send your office a box once per quarter with some cool Mondo swag, snacks, discount coupons, and more! No action needed! PHILANTHROPY INITIATIVE AND CONTEST We know giving back is important to you. It s important to Mondo too! Mondo s HR department will organize philanthropy initiatives that include contests with great prizes! Look out for a communication from HR with details on how to participate!

7 Fuel up with time off! UNLIMITED VACATION Want a vacation? No problem! Have a doctor s appointment? No problem! Employees have unlimited paid time off with manager approval. Paid time off includes sick days, vacation days and personal days. Exceptions: No days off will be approved within the first three months of employment. No extended vacations will be approved within the first six months of employment. If time off is needed prior to 90 days, a time may be taken unpaid at the manager s discretion. Vacation days will also be dependent on other team member s requested time off. No more than 2 weeks can be taken at a time. Planned vacations that will extend longer than 2 weeks require executive approval. Please note that managers do not have to approve all requested days off. Vacation days will be dependent on your personal performance, as well as other team member s requested time off. 2 weeks in advance seek your manager s approval through the Employee Navigator system. Manager must approve your request. FORCED DAYS OFF! Mondo wants you to enjoy your family year round by offering 16 paid holidays per year in the US. For 2017 they are: January 2 nd New Year s Day January 16 th MLK Day February 20 th President s Day April 14 th Good Friday May 19 th Memorial Day July 3 rd & July 4 th 4 th of July Holiday September 4 th Labor Day October 9 th Columbus Day November 23 rd & 24 th Thanksgiving December 25 th Christmas Reminder! Mondo s offices are CLOSED the week between Christmas and New Year s! All employees are expected to have ready access to a computer and be reachable by phone during this time. Employees are responsible for conducting any business and closing deals as normal during this period. Enjoy this time and come back refreshed and reach for the New Year! No action required. We hope you enjoy the time with family and friends!

8 DECEMBER HOLIDAY SEASON Happy Holidays from Mondo! Mondo s offices are CLOSED between Christmas and New Year s! Spend this PAID time recharging yourself for the New Year. All employees are expected to have ready access to a computer and be reachable by phone. Employees are responsible for conducting any business and closing deals as normal during this period. No action required. We hope you enjoy the time with family and friends! MONDO PAID SABBATICAL Do you fantasize about seeing the Eiffel Tower, The Great Wall of China or Machu Picchu? Now imagine your company not only lets you, but helps pay for it. At Mondo, there is no need to imagine. Just start planning! As a thank you for your service to Mondo all employees are REQUIRED to take a 2-week sabbatical after 4 years of service. Employees will receive a $3,000 towards the cost of the trip. Enjoy $3k for 4 years!! Please note that this will be put through payroll. Be a full time, non-contingent employee for 4 years. You must travel outside of the continental US. You must present pictures from your travels once you get back and before you are eligible for reimbursement. You can present this on the All Hands Call once you return. Employee must give at least 1-month notice before taking the sabbatical to their manager and HR. All agents must give a culminating presentation within 1 month of return. The presentation must include a picture slideshow. Please note that this will be put through Concur. Taxes will apply. Reach out to HR for details at or HR@mondo.com. Sabbatical Policy: All expenses incurred on the Mondo Sabbatical must be submitted through the Concur system. Applicable taxes will be deducted. Only eligible expenses incurred by the employee will be reimbursed. Expenses incurred by the travel partner(s) of the employee will not be reimbursed. Eligible expenses include: Airfare Hotel Rental car Museum/attraction fees Meals Itemized receipts written in or translated to English must be included. No other expenses will be eligible for reimbursement unless approved in writing by a VP.

9 MATERNITY/PATERNITY POLICY Is your home growing by 2 feet? Bringing home a new little one is a time of joy, smiles and sleepless nights! To help your family adjust to your newest addition, Mondo offers 8 weeks paid maternity leave AND 8 weeks paid paternity leave. All time must be taken consecutively FMLA laws may apply for additional unpaid time, please consult HR for details. Female employees must also contact HR to apply for FMLA. This will run concurrently with your paid time off Notify your manager via as soon as possible If needed, please contact HR regarding FMLA Fuel up with Mondo exclusives WORK OUT OF A DIFFERENT OFFICE Mondo is huge and bi-coastal. We choice the top cities in the US to make our mark, why not visit them? MOTHER S DAY AND FATHER S DAY E-CARD SENT TO PARENTS OF OUR AGENTS Mondo wants to give a special thanks to the people who helped you become YOU! Annually, a Mother s Day and Father s Day card will be sent out to all parents of current agents Appreciate your parents for all they ve done! Keep your eyes open for an from HR 3 weeks prior to Mother s & Father s Day. Add your parents name and addresses to the Google spreadsheet shared by HR. A card from Mondo will automatically be sent with no further action required by the employee. Don t forget to get you parents a card from YOU! This card will not be sent on behalf of our agents. 10 PRESIDENT S CLUB Feel like going on an all-expenses paid trip with your co-workers? You re in luck! Each year we send our employees on our President s Club trip to a tropical destination. All you have to do is pack and be ready to have fun in the sun! Please note that attendance is based on performance and tenure, and each year criteria will be reevaluated by corporate. Fuel up with Corporate Discounts CORPORATE DISCOUNTS WITH MY SPORTS CLUB & CRUNCH Mondo has partnered up with My Sports Club (NYSC, WSC, BSC, PSC), and Crunch to get our agents of change corporate discounts! Walk in to your local club and sign up through a membership advisor OR If you are signing up for My Sports Club, you can sign up using the online portal Crunch dues will be deducted from your paycheck. My Sports Club dues are to be paid with your personal credit card. VERISON WIRELESS CUSTOMER DISCOUNT We know you love to talk to your clients... And we know you talk to them frequently when closing deals... So why not get a discount while you're at it? Are you a Verizon Wireless customer? Are you thinking about becoming a Verizon Wireless customer? 11 PLUM BENEFITS Looking for discounted tickets and services? All employees are eligible to receive pre-arranged discounts to vendors through Plum Benefits. Look for this perk to grow as we add more discount sites and discounts to LOCAL vendors in each city! All employees of Mondo have automatic access to Plum Benefits. It s an exclusive service that provides you with access to hard to get tickets and discounts on great seats for theatre, sports, concerts, etc. It s as easy as signing up for free with your work address at Once signed up you can search for available offers and purchase discount tickets right online. To save on service fees, simply print the discount page and bring it to any box office; they will honor the discount.
