2 PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT Established in 1948 in Grand Isle, Louisiana, began as a modest company serving the commercial fishing industry. It quickly evolved, entering into the emerging Oil & Gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico. Just as its founders, Clyde and Ouida Pregeant responded to clients ever-changing needs, has advanced and diversified to become one of the industry s most capable and trusted energy partners. employees are at the heart of our business. Our Production Operations Division is committed to providing experienced Production Operators, Supervision and Supplemental Labor to the oil and gas industry both offshore and onshore. We are dedicated to developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with both our internal and external clients. Each employee is committed to safety, excellence and continuous improvement. 3 SAFETY PUTTING PEOPLE FIRST LIFE is the proactive, operational, and behavior-based component of s comprehensive safety management program. While our Corporate HSE group focuses on compliance, training, and incident response, the LIFE processes specifically cover Operational Safety through: comprehensive work planning; increasing awareness of work area & task risks; intervention techniques for redirecting at-risk behaviors; embedded field presence; quarterly initiatives focused on observed areas of risk; and visible leadership engagement. TRAINING A SMARTER WORKFORCE ITEC, our Industrial Training Educational Center, is accredited by numerous organizations recognized by the petroleum industry. ITEC is designed to offer training required to comply with all workforce personnel, and provides custom-tailored training services not only to, but to other companies as well. With a list of over 100 course offerings, our qualified staff and state of the art facility provides the most up to date training available, well above and beyond the commonly accepted industry standards. SUBPART O & SEMS PROGRAMS At, Safety and Environmental impact are at the heart of our corporate values. All employees involved in U.S. Gulf of Mexico operations must be effectively trained to comply with Subpart O programs and stated regulations as defined by 30 CFR Part 250 Subpart O. Additionally, s Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS) sets out to go above and beyond requirements of U.S. Codes of Federal Regulations and those under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) for Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) operations.
