2 FABRICATION HIGHLIGHTS Putting People First Since 1948 SPOOL PIPE FABRICATION Shop fabrication of pipe spools reduces field installation costs while providing the highest quality of products fabricated. Our specialists work under a defined set of quality management criteria to ensure accuracy, achieve the proper fit on site, and maintain the required technical parameters defined by our clients. HIGH DEFINITION CUTTING GIS offers the latest advances in HD Cutting Services including both Plasma Cutting and Water Jet Cutting. With increased speeds up to 115 ipm and unmatched precision to linear accuracy on a variety of materials, GIS clients receive better cuts, reduced waste, and cost reductions on their project needs. ALLOY SPOOL PIPE FABRICATION Our craftsmen have extensive experience working with steel, Inconel, aluminum, copper-nickel, and alloy clad piping. We are also at the forefront of emerging alloys such as X-65 carbon and X-70 high pressure injection piping, evolving to meet our clients ever changing needs. HYDROTESTING With all pressure piping systems, the final check of mechanical integrity is Hydrotesting. Before commissioning, all new or modified piping undergoes extensive testing to ensure the system not only meets, but well exceeds ASME and client project requirements. STRUCTURAL FABRICATION Our fabrication yards specialize in nearly every aspect of structural fabrication. From ladders and bridges, to pipe racks and living quarters, to power generation and gas compression modules, our facilities are strategically located to service destinations both nationally and globally. EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY GIS offers equipment to complete all projects from small to large. The equipment is available in our Abbeville, Franklinton, and Lafitte divisions. The equipment available for use is the Manitowoc Crane, Cherry Picker, Forklift, Man-lift, Dozer, Crawler Crane, and various trucks and trailers for use. PRODUCTION SKIDS GIS offers fabrication of high quality modular production skids, for clients who want to bring systems online faster, save space, and improve equipment reliability. With quicker construction and installation than fieldbased fabrication, these custom skids provide turn-key solutions for an array of production needs. MACK STEEL & SUPPLY A subsidiary company of GIS, Mack Steel & Supply is an invaluable asset to any fabrication project. SANDBLASTING & PAINTING Our sandblasting and painting crews offer precise, specialized coating services to the energy industry. Preparing and coating metal surfaces to exact specifications, we minimize the corrosion process and extend the lifetime of our clients valued assets. POLYCOATINGS The Polycoatings division of GIS provides mobile capabilities to perform coating services both onshore and offshore. Full service options are available for applications including tank coating, corrosion protection, abrasion resistance, and deck/platform rehabilitation.

4 PROJECT EXPERIENCE From onshore operations to shelf and ultra-deepwater offshore environments, GIS is equipped with the experience and the tools to meet our clients global needs and do so in the most effective, efficient manner possible. Star Engineering - Kodiak GIS had 77,000 man-hours on the Kodiak project, with day and night shifts. Incident-free performance throughout the life of the project. The project was a three layer production module deck. The project consisted of fabricating and installing all Carbon, Stainless, and Super Duplex decks. Abbeville, Franklinton, and Lafitte fabrication yards were all utilized to complete this large project. Statoil - Lark Ranch East GIS utilized over 60 craft personnel at our 40 acre Pearsall, TX facility to complete the fabrication, painting, hydrotesting and delivery of over 700 ICP spools, and over 1,900 welds for the Lark Ranch East inter-connecting piping project in less than 45 days. The project included all ICP for the complete facility build in the Eagle Ford Shale. Noble Energy - Alen Project GIS completed the fabrication and load-out of a 320 ton Flash Gas Compression Module, and (3) 300 ton Power Generation Modules for Noble Energy. The Alen Project also utilized GIS s Electrical & Instrumentation division, and was completed at our Abbeville, Louisiana yard. The project concluded with fit-up and installation at its final destination in Equitorial Guinea.

5 SAFETY PUTTING PEOPLE FIRST LIFE is the proactive, operational, and behavior-based component of GIS s comprehensive safety management program. While our Corporate HSE group focuses on compliance, training, and incident response, the LIFE processes specifically cover Operational Safety, through: comprehensive work planning; increasing awareness of work area & task risks; intervention techniques for redirecting at-risk behaviors; embedded field presence; quarterly initiatives focused on observed areas of risk; and visible leadership engagement. GIS QUALITY EXCEEDING STANDARDS GIS s Quality Management System (QMS) is a stand-alone ISO-9001 certified process, the objectives of which are to demonstrate our ability to provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory or regulatory requirements, and to enhance customer satisfaction through effective control of processes and continual improvement of systems. Deepwater Access GIS offers multiple strategic locations for deepwater access to the Gulf of Mexico. With our dockside locations at Port Fourchon and Venice Port, Louisiana, fabrication components can be easily transported from the nearest GIS facility, receive their final fit-up at Shorebase, and complete the project delivery or utilize our Offshore crews for onsite field installation.
