Working with the industry recognised awarding organisations to ensure quality and compliance with the current legislation and guidance. Delivered at our own training centres or a suitable location of our clients, throughout the U, and to suit the needs and availability of them and their employees Up To Speed & Assessment Ltd offer National Highways Sector Scheme 12AB, 12 & 12D training, applicable to the National Highways Agency managed roads and motorways, New Roads & Street Works Act training for the utility sector and local authorities, Winter Service Operations (Gritting, salt spreading etc) to National Highways agency and local authorities and various bespoke event management focussed courses. 4 Assessment We are able to provide all the required resources and facilities to complete most assessments required in urban and rural road environments. Assessments can also be completed to suit the requirements of clients and fit in with their current work place activities. 5

4 6 First Aid Up To Speed & Assessment Ltd provide first aid training courses that are a blend of theory and practical sessions, designed to develop not only knowledge but practical confidence and life saving skills. Following the 2013 amendments for the provision of First Aid guidelines, that previously required the training to have direct approval from the Health & Safety Executive, emphasis is now on businesses and organisations to select the correct training provider and guidance published covers due diligence (reasonable investigation) that should be undertaken if selecting unregulated first aid training.
