Problem: The client had received requests from their clients who wanted them to hold accreditations to Quality, Environment, Security and Health & Safety international standards. Solution: Working closely with our client we developed an integrated management system to meet all stated international standards. During the implementation we assisted in the development of a training programme and its implementation. Outcome: The client was certified to ISO standards for all management systems. Local Government Client: The client offers learning & development of unemployed people to local government organisations. Problem: With unemployment falling in recent years, jobs are more difficult for people to acquire. There is a need to provide qualifications and development for those seeking work so that they are able to stand out from the crowd.
