In his previous role as the Lead Partner for Business Continuity & Resilience at Deloitte Australia, Craig developed a team and style which enabled a number of world first innovations - embedding of data analytics into the business continuity lifecycle and the development of Bamboo (a world first smartphone app for business continuity), for which he won the Deloitte Innovator of the Year Craig is passionate about BCM and gets into the detail of the work and the client s specific needs and has worked in a number of industries and with small, medium, large and global clients. He brings a wealth of experience, gained on three different continents, to every training seminar he conducts. During his thirteen years with EY (South Africa) he was National Director of a new service line (Data Engineering Services).
