3 Train-The-Trainer (TTT) Program: Keeping in mind the huge market potential for workshops on managerial skills and selling skills, considering the wide spread market area and the cost of our trainer s travel, a locally available trained trainer will be the best cost effective solution. Considering these fact we have designed this 3+ day Train-The-Train program through which a qualified individual with passion for training can become a trainer and facilitate the one-day modules to corporate managers. The skills needed to be a trainer / facilitator. Complete notes on conducting the selected one-day module PPT s, Videos, Instructions and notes on conducting the selected module Instructions to conduct activities and methods to debrief.
