At the helm is Mr. Jimmy Jain - Leadership facilitator, Image Consultant, Executive Coach, Trainer and Entrepreneur with over 16 years of progressive business experience. An IIM alumnus, Jimmy has conducted training for teams of various corporate, at all managerial levels, in the areas of Transformational Leadership, Team Building, Selling Skills, Communication skills, Sales Management, Negotiation Skills etc. MANISH GHANECKAR Head Global Concepts A compelling facilitator, with a great style of delivery, backed by a deep conceptual knowledge, and a passion for training,manish is a graduate in Science with Post-graduation in Finance (Specialisation in FOREX) and Marketing. Currently writing his research paper on Enterprise Behaviour and working with People, he has worked across various industries for the last 15 years both in the domestic as well as international markets.

LAKSHMI SREENIVASAN Bright, articulate and well travelled; Lakshmi has a wealth of experience that enables her to connect with anyone and everyone. Lakshmi is highly experienced trainer, coach, facilitator, and speaker who demonstrate enthusiasm, energy and passion as well as subject expertise.
