2 Who we are? The African Alliance for Electronic Commerce (AACE) is meant to be a framework of exchanges and sharing about trade facilitation. It groups 19 member countries and seeks to promote the SW concept, in compliance with recommendations of international institutions Genesis Idea in the pipeline 2009 Official Launch in Addis ababa (9 founding members ) From 9 to 16 members 2013 WAEMU Commission become AAEC members Concrete implementation of AACE projects
