1 How to use the Statistics function on Logger for Staff website (September of 2015) How to use the Statistics function Variable analytics are available to download from the system, even the widest statistics concentrated from both Batch Query and mobile verification for the same period of time. Thus GS1 MOs will be able to overview the complete state of their work for GTIN Intelligence. On the other hand, not just GS1 MOs will be able to analyze the statistics of GS1 IDs verification locally but also globally a comprehensive data base will stand at the GS1 Community s disposal to give true picture about the implementation of GS1 Standards worldwide. 1 Document last update:

2 Dashboard After selecting the Statistics menu a Dashboard page will appear. The Statistics Dashboard contains six different types of charts that show statistical data based on records from the current month 1. Naturally the period of time can be set on the dashboard. (Please note that the period selected in history view (List menu) has no effect on the Statistics.) 1. Distribution of valid, invalid and faulted records 2. Distribution of standard and nonstandard records 3. Distribution of data content (AI combinations) 4. Distribution of symbol types 5. Distribution of GEPIR return codes - only available for GS1 MO Supervisors 6. Distribution of GS1Lib return codes - only available for GS1 MO Supervisors Click on the [Details] button to go to the sub-page of the chosen statistics and to get more detailed statistical information. 4 Statistics sub-pages 1. Distribution of valid, invalid and faulted records The bar chart on the left shows the distribution of scanned records divided into the three GEPIR statuses (valid, invalid and faulted) per MOs. If the cursor is moved over an MO on the diagram, the number of records will be displayed. The pie chart shows the number of scanned records by GEPIR statuses (valid, invalid and faulted). The pie chart provide drill-down functionality: detailed statistical data can be queried for each status by clicking on a slice of the chart: Level 1. Distribution of records between MOs that initiated the queries Level 2. Distribution of records between the users of the selected MO Level 3. Distribution of records of the selected user between MOs who allocated the requested ID Keys The current level is shown below the name of the chart. 4

5 Invalid The table under the diagrams shows the exact values for the percentages displayed in the pie chart. Both mobile and batch query records can be included in this statistics. The time span can be modified at the top of the page. 5

6 Logging in as a GS1 MO Supervisor you can filter by company name, therefore creating statistics related to a specific company. The charts can be exported into image file. The statistical data can be exported into excel sheet or.csv file. 6

If the cursor is moved over an MO on the diagram, the numbers assigned to it will be displayed. The pie chart on the right shows the number of scanned records by GS1Lib status. The pie chart provide drill-down functionality: detailed statistical data can be queried for each status by clicking on a slice of the chart: Level 1. Distribution of records between MOs that initiated the queries Level 2. Distribution of records between the users of the selected MO Below the name of the chart the current level is shown.
