3 UKRAINE project goals The objectives of the UKRAINE project are to foster application development through international cooperation and to create a broad acceptance of EGNSS in Ukraine, creating at the same time opportunities both for knowledge building and at commercial level. The contribution of the UKRAINE project relates to the achievement of the following impacts: preparation of the Ukrainian aviation market to the extension of EGNOS support the uptake of regulated EGNSS applications through the elaboration of a legislative roadmap generate innovative solutions for multimodal logistics and dangerous goods create business matchmaking opportunities for Ukrainian and EU companies

6 Aviation PBN Procedures The document includes guidance material to support the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine in the implementation of their internal processes related to the provision of PBN approval, in particular to RNP APCH down to LPV minima Final version approved by the reviewer on September 16th Annexes of the document propose some initial checklists for the SAAU in order to check whether an operator willing to apply for a PBN approval meets the requirements or not The deliverable has been sent to UkSATSE and SAAU representatives for review on June 30th Letters of support from UkSATSE and SAAU have been received

13 UKRAINE project achievements WP 2 Legal Assessment Strategy on EGNSS implementation to Ukraine was developed and its political feasibility was evaluated.
