3 WHO WE ARE WHO WE ARE Adda Fer Meccanica is operating for over twenty five years in steel industry, and in this area designs, manufactures and installs complete lines for the production of welded tube offering assistance on creating turnkey plants solutions. The company s business has developed pursuing a strategy of innovation and diversification through internal growth and acquisitions processes; in particular in the realization of installations for the production of open profiles and for the processing of sheet metal.

7 GROUP GROUP Leading Italian company specialized in engineering and manufacturing of plants for production of electro-welded tubes and coil processing equipment. Since 1979, Nuova Ralfo operates in the field of construction, maintenance, upgrading and transformation of mechanical assemblies, rolling mills, pipe lines and equipment for material handling becoming in a short time a valuable reference for worldwide known companies such as Dalmine Tenaris and Ilva. S.V.M. Ltd. operates in the fields of engineering of lines for the production of cold formed sections and pipes, new special performance systems for sheet metal processing such as corrugated sheets, sandwich panels, open sections and road barrier, up to the creation of special tubing lines such as those intended for the refrigeration market, compressors and automotive industry Adda Fer begin its activities in Olginate Adda Fer acquires control of Nuova Ralfo S.r.l. Adda Fer acquires control of SVM S.r.l.

8 FACTORY FACTORY The company employs 50 persons and is located on covered surface of sqm of newly built headquarters in Mapello (Bergamo). All the staff is in close contact with the workshop and warehouse thus allowing us to optimize the production process. The sales office and the technical staff work together to analyze customer requirements and develop turnkey projects custom that reflect the actual needs, providing all the experience and expertise gained over the years. The use of technologically advanced solutions ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of the engineered systems.

9 PRODUCTION PRODUCTION The companies that have relied on Adda Fer have discovered not just a supplier but, a reliable and flexible partner which is able to provide a full assistance. The production division is structured by the following departments: cutting and primary processing; metallic carpentry; welding; mechanical workshop; assembly and dismantling; testing; installation, commissioning and start-up of equipment; training of personnel assigned to the installation; after-sales service; supply of spare parts; any direct intervention in production.
