31 A WORKing Timeline Risk Assessment / Method Statement (RAMS) Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) are considered vital for A2SEA to ensure that Suppliers/Partners and A2SEA are aligned on safety related issues. This document is owned by the Supplier/Partner, solely with A2SEA as reviewing body. Risk Assessment Method Statement
32 No permit will be issued without a reviewed Risk Assessment, Method Statement (RAMS) A WORKing Timeline Permit to Work (PtW) The Permit to Work lists general safeguards and precautions generic to the task for a broad selection of high risk operations. A correctly handled permit is the green light for commence working. Permits are obtained at vessel Deck Office or A2SEA Site Office Permits are filled out and issued by vessel Duty Officer or A2SEA Site Manager in cooperation with the Permit Holder Permits are owned by the Permit Holder Supervisor/Foreman on-board and are nontransferable. Permits are valid to the exact scope of work Permits are valid for 12 hours Permits MUST be closed out at end of works or per 12 hours validity Permits becomes invalid: In case of fire or general alarm Change in condition for issued permit Stop Work order have been issued
33 A WORKing Timeline Tool Box Talk TBT The tool box talk is an important platform for sharing vital safety and operational information in relation to the works being executed. Further, the tool box talk must be used by all participants to empower the A2SEA Stop Work policy. Tool Box Talks will be required for; Lifting Operations Works requiring a permit to work (PTW) Works that have not been performed before, in connection with a new or altered Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS). The person responsible for the tool box talk must ensure ALL involved parties involved in an operation participate. It is vital establish an environment for the tool box talk where all parties will be heard and concerns raised handled. Tool Box Talks must be documented and all those involved sign for understanding and attendance.

36 A WORKing Timeline Completing Works When working for A2SEA, the completion of works and exit from vessel or site equal important as the arrival and commencement of works. When completing works please ensure: Clear/clean work site Re-establish normal conditions Inform vessel and or site Close the Permit to Work Agree on disposal of possible generated waste Agree on safe route away from and off site for vehicles and personnel (possible SIMOPS) Handover service reports Handover documentations relating to works; quality, specifications, certification (if available/agreed upon) Signed receipt for goods delivered
37 A WORKing Timeline Further Interface With A2SEA Following completion of the site works, further contact may be needed: In case of accident/incident/near miss with high actual or potential severity, all Suppliers/Partners are to render all necessary aid or assistance to the investigate of the said occurrence. In case of poor safety performance or lacking compliance with A2SEA safety standards/rules, the Supplier/Partner will be asked to provide A2SEA with sufficient evidence and/or action plan to illustrate that a possible re-occurrence has been mitigated
38 A WORKing Timeline Lessons Learned / Overall Performance Evaluation A2SEA operate with an extensive lesson learned programme designed to continuously improve A2SEA performance. Partners/Suppliers performance will be assessed on numerous markers: Safety Performance. Safety Awareness. General interface with A2SEA(timely show, communication, adhering to vessel and site rules etc.) HSE documentation deliverables, fulfilling requirement, in due time for review. Deliverables within specifications.
