4 ORIGIN 2006 OPUS was founded when AHLMANN-ZERSSEN GMBH & CO KG from Rendsburg and NauTec GmbH joined forces with the initial goal to render Ship Salvage Services in Hamburg for TITAN SALVAGE, Ft. Lauderdale. In the meantime, NauTec GmbH is the only shareholder of OPUS MARINE GmbH. 4

5 TODAY: CHARTERING, SHIP- & PROJECT MANAGER As ship manager, OPUS provides commercial as well as technical management for offshore tonnage, provided by third parties, as well as for its own tonnage (three CTV, one MPSV, one IWV). As project manager, OPUS develops and supports projects ranging from simple to complex like pontoon transports, towages and heavy-lift operations with floating cranes as well as salvage and wreck removal operations and services for the construction CLICK industry. 12 CREW TRAINING Crew HSE Training All crew are constantly trained and certificated. Every crew member undergoes Vessel Safety Induction on arrival at vessel. Training covers core HSE principles, CTV`s and Offshore Wind Farm operations. Regular emergency drills are carried out to maintain a high training standard. 12

24 SEA BED SURVEYS We provide full commercial and technical ship management for the owners of the refurbished Special Survey Vessel DUO (built 1958 VEW Boizenburg). Presently DUO is chartered out long term to the specialist survey experts from SeaTerra. She detects munitions remnants from the world wars, necessary before installations like cables, pipelines or other marine facilities can be started. 24
