5 Event goals : In 2010, the first event had already been a success, illustrating how Lean & Supply Chain management deserved to work together. The idea of productivity recovery was not yet a topical issue. Since then, Germany is shown as a model for its industry capabilities & network. Festo is a typical benchmark for sure. Actually, the company has been able to develop an Indstrial Excellence System encompassing several principles into one pragmatic approach.
