2 Optimization of the Ordering Process Objective / Value: For an increase in reliability of the whole transport chain the ordering process needs so be optimized by implementing a fast and full flow of information company-wide. Scope: Looking at information flow from forwarder to airline Audit of processing and transfer of information Measurement of temporal variance of information flow Approach: 1.
