12 Details about the Shipyard: Land The shipyard is divided into a few areas: Area No. 1 Volcano includes equipment located in the vicinity of two major ramps, Volcano 1 and Volcano New, used in vessel production (e.g., the largest gantry crane, with a few smaller ones as well as 9 cranes) Area No. 3 Paint Shop equipped with specialized installations, mobile cranes and painting chambers Area No. 4 Prefabrication location of most important assets; includes metal cutting machines and plate bending machines as well as cranes and cleaning and painting equipment Area No. 5 Oder key assets include various kinds of cranes located around Oder slipway Area No. 6 Operator 12

15 Gryfia Business Park first investment A modern factory of steel foundations for the sea wind power plants is being built in the area of Gryfia Business Park Investment of ~ 75 mln with production to start in 2014 Large steel elements with 1000 tons weight and 32 m x 32 m x 70 m size Ability to produce 80 jacket foundations per year It is a joint initiative of German construction company Bilfinger Berger Civil, Crist Shipyard from Gdynia and MARS Investment Fund 15
