11 11 SEGRO DELIVERS FOR JOHN LEWIS John Lewis signed a 25 year lease for a new 108,000 sq ft bespoke facility built to their requirements, at SEGRO s flagship warehouse and light industrial development, Origin Business Park in Park Royal. With the rise in e-commerce and needs of London s ever-expanding population, John Lewis required a facility which delivered on location and technical specification that met the ever-changing demands of their business. SEGRO understood the importance of flexibility and delivered a Design and Build unit with only 10 months construction time. THE FACILITY IS PURPOSE BUILT AND WILL ALLOW US TO SUPPORT THE CURRENT AND FUTURE DEMANDS ON THE NETWORK CREATED BY THE SIGNIFICANT GROWTH AMBITIONS WE HAVE.
