In addition to the focus on mobility topics, the focus is on enterprise processes (e.g. encryption solutions), new services (e.g. smart pricing tools) and production/supply chain (e.g. smart manufacturing). 2 Meet these startups at CEBIT Program CeBIT Startup Autobahn is currently running its fourth program within the last two years. 106 Startups have been part of all programs, working on over 175 pilot projects together with Plug and Play s partners from industry. Below you will find some selected startups of the current program 4, as well as from previous programs, who are on CeBIT. Each delivery entrance, parking space, spot for drone delivery and home has an address. what3words makes GPS coordinates communicable so they can be entered by voice or text into any device or vehicle. what3words works with OEMs, taxi firms, logistics companies, governments and many others; 3 word addresses are used in 170 countries around the world. It is headquartered in London, with 30 people (and growing), with investment rounds led by Intel Capital and Aramex, the biggest logistics company in the Middle East. You can discover your address, or any address in the world, using the what- 3words app or visiting map. June 13th & 14th 2 Relimetrics develops computer vision software for Industry 4.0 solutions. Application fields are evaluation and monitoring of manufacturing processes, quality assurance and material reliability. Relimetrics software enables mobile, IoT- and ERP- integrated, sensor-agnostic, user-friendly systems allowing users the visualization and quantification of defects, malfunction and material deformation in near real-time. Bayern Innovativ Booth 5 blik provides real-time information about all products inside a warehouse. Nowadays, goods are only scanned at single, static positions inside a warehouse - either manually or with RFID. This leads to process deviations, lost working hours and lost goods. blik solves the problem by offering real-time data on the location and condition of all goods in a warehouse and thus enables savings in 7-digit height per warehouse. 6 Volkswagen Booth ZeroLight are pioneers in the field of commercial visualisation for the automotive industry. Their multi-award winning omnichannel technology empowers OEM s, brands and respective agencies to sell smarter and engage customers with interactive product experiences that enhance the buying process both in store and online. Solutions include VR/AR and cloud powered experiences for clients such as Audi, Pagani and Toyota

4 7 IOTA foundation The economy of things. As the Internet-of-Things keep expanding, the need for interoperability and sharing of resources become a necessity. IOTA enables companies to explore new business-2-business models by making every technological resource a potential service to be traded on an open market in real time, with no fees. In this new autonomous Machine Economy IOTA will be the backbone. The Tangle ledger is able to settle transactions with zero fees so devices can trade exact amounts of resources on-demand, as well as store data from sensors. Volkswagen Booth 8 Evertracker offers platform technology that analyzes, optimizes, and automates workflows within logistics and process chains. It works by fitting movable objects with smart devices, enabling them to communicate independently with people and IT infrastructures in real time. Evertracker AI is a cloud based solution that allows real-time data gathering from IoT devices, real-time processing and real-time analysis of the acquired data and real-time notifications to users. Specifically, Evertracker AI is specialized today on working with geo-positioning devices, meaning devices that are reporting GPS coordinates. The solution also manages the IoT devices smartly. Evertracker has developed algorithms that actively control its devices to increase the battery lifespan and reduce costs. On top of this platform, it has developed several modules, to support customers processes: quality management, logistics control, assets management, easy-track-andtrace, and logistics mapping. Each module is targeting a different business unit; bringing specific functionalities that help clients understand and eventually automatize their processes. 9 DXC Technology Booth smartransfer The smartransfer GmbH is a startup located in Kassel, which was founded as a spin-off of the University of Kassel. Currently smartransfer is a team of 12 people. By delivering smart solutions in knowledge and skill management our diverse team with a profound research background will enable companies to use hidden knowledge. Since founded in 2014 smartransfer is completely self-financed, which enabled them to identify customer pain during various projects, without external pressure. They are supporting clients in automotive industry, insurance sector, software industry, consulting, training, public corporations and more.
